    @Erik1OHag @SkyHelpTeam Sadly loyalty means nothing. I’m a VIP customer of 22 years but don’t recall seeing any special deals for me. A work colleague has just been offered the same tv package as me for less than what I pay because he is a new customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, my dad has not been able to make or receive calls from sky landline since 13th December. Called several times, and struggling to get through. There only source of communication Please help
