.@SkyHelpTeam not sure if you can help with this one See the light offering 4 months free BB, line and sky TV, but the tv is a separate contract. BB and line cancelable within 4 months at no charge, is the tv the same or is that an 18 month contract with no ability to cancel?

@SK21878 @SkyUK Get a Firestick mate. Virgin to provide the internet as their speeds are levels above anyone else in the UK. I’ll never pay for sky sports etc ever again.

@SkyHelpTeam are a complete shambles. Book a home move well in advance. They then wait until the day after we’ve moved in to tell us there’s a problem. Instead of calling they send a text asking you to call them and then your 40 minutes in a Q without answer!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I would by my sky mobile has a dreadful signal at my new house! So I guess I’ll need to sit in my car for an hour in the vain hope that you answer the phone!
