@owlsfan83 @SkyHelpTeam I’m massive on the quality I get. Like I said I only have the 1TB box so for some reason. That means I can’t get any UHD which is, ridiculous in its self. But if you pay for UHD, which you can tell the difference. I know @sky have had a lot of issues with UHD

@SkyHelpTeam why is BT freezing constantly every other channel is ok also on mini box during every programme at least every 15mins picture freeze unfreeze freeze again then jump back again 10 seconds absolutely abysmal service

@SkyHelpTeam there’s an issue with my satellite signal again. Despite waiting a week for an engineer to fix, having a new box installed, it isn’t working again. Tried calling but over an hour on hold listening to the dreadful music. Torture. I’m so fed up.
