@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Last update was on Friday. No wider issue at that point. Had ultrafast installed on Thursday, which completely died on Friday & I spent hours in the phone. Tracker just says ongoing issue and engineer visit TBC. No broadband, no phone, no box sets, no Netflix, no Disney+, no UHD

@SkySports That free? It's not the point tbf.. sky do this **** every year. Showed 1 game 6 from the first round. Didn't show lakers go out or the clippers go through. Pathetic.
