@SkyHelpTeam hi - how do you compensate people when broadband doesn’t lose speed but constantly dips in and out disrupting everything you are doing, while trying to digest £120 moving fee for taking your service when we moved house?

@SkyHelpTeam Paying over 150 quid a month to not be able to use it when you want is an absolute joke. I understand things happen but being told to wait 24 hours before we can call it a loss of service is a joke. I want to use the service now!!!
