@SkyHelpTeam hi, I'm having problems with my sky q mini box. It (and my main box) has started having issues connecting to the WiFi. I reconnected the main box but the mini wouldn't reconnect. Tried to reset it and now the remote doesn't connect to it either

@SkyHelpTeam Have tried several times to run tests only to be told it can't. Pay so much for sky also netflix, prime, other services that require connection. this is most severe outage i've ever known in 20 yrs online

@SkyHelpTeam That says after 2 days from me notifying. I went on the service checker and that told me there was an issue, it then took me 24 hours to find a phone number to call so I guess as you knew about the fault on the service checker it is 2 days from that point at 4 am on Tuesday
