@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Emma. It’s been down all day. I’ll obviously be seeking compensation for services paid for but not delivered and I’m about to call @virginmedia to see what they can offer as I’m out of contract now.

@SkyHelpTeam Oh I'm already aware of the pathetic compensation policy, allows you to leave customers hanging for 2 days then after that give them a whopping £8.40 per day. Wouldn't even cover 1 hour at minimum wage. Let alone losing days worth of wages.. All because of your service.

@zahrachohan @SkyHelpTeam Hi I’m in LN6 in Lincoln and I’ve also had this problem the whole day. No one from sky seems to have a clue what’s going on it’s so frustrating. Been passed around from pillar to post all day

@SkyHelpTeam It’s telling us our broadband is fine once we go through the steps, but the orange light is still on and we have no internet, so we don’t have that option. Is there a general service outage in the area, as other people seem to be having the same issue in Lincoln?
