@BarnPosey @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried. For the stuff I want to downgrade it says to cancel call this number. Then I ring it and listen to automated service. When you say you want to change things on your account it says you can do it online.

@TonyEgan63 @SkySports @GNev2 I get that they've put a bad team togheter, and all the sorrounding things with debt and lack of maintenance and so on. But I did not see a single player on the pitch named Glazer. If I work for a bad company, I still have to go to work if I expect to get paid.
