@SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason, yes it is sky+ worked fine yesterday. Then overnight it is now not receiving a satellite signal or connecting to the internet.

@breslinik @SkyHelpTeam It’ll be a big issue and its down to Openreach to fix as its their network. Just wait patiently like everyone else and stop moaning, then and only then might you get some money back via Ofcom’s autocomensation

@SkyHelpTeam Been there, done that and still problems. The solution is cancelling the contract, getting a new provider and letting as many people as possible know how poor SKY is. 👍 I never had one drop off/slow broadband problem with BT.
