@BarnPosey @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried. For the stuff I want to downgrade it says to cancel call this number. Then I ring it and listen to automated service. When you say you want to change things on your account it says you can do it online.

@SkyHelpTeam Says everything is fine, even though the internet cuts out randomly. This has only been happening today after the maintenance, and I only get a response once I get internet. Not when the internet is down for over 10 minutes. I’m saving my story work and closing it for now too

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Done (again). Says everything is working. We have had issues before and after hours of temporarily hard wiring the Sky Q Box to the Sky Router, it was a fault with the router.

Fed up of @skytv not working! However because I work Mon-Fri I can only get an engineer out at the weekend so need to pay for that privilege. @SkyHelpTeam can I ask again, as I asked before why people who work mon-fri and can't just "take a day off" during the week are penalised!
