    @BarnPosey @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried. For the stuff I want to downgrade it says to cancel call this number. Then I ring it and listen to automated service. When you say you want to change things on your account it says you can do it online.

    @arrpucks @SkySports I'm a Fury man but you can't say that was a bad performance. I got the feeling he could have seen him away at any time and was never in any trouble. We'll see what Fury does but I'd imagine he'll want a fight before AJ and that only kicks the can further down the road.

    @SkyHelpTeam We are loyal sky customers for over 20yrs. We have been treated appallingly and told to basically change providers as 'there is nothing more you can do for us' all we want is broadband system that works. I'm a nurse working full time from home. Help!!

    @SkyUK Sky fiasco continues. After complaints and over 7 hours of phonecalls we got told an open reach engineer would be here between 8-1. Rang at 2pm as no engineer. Still on now at 7.30pm. Been on current call another half hour. Customer service is so bad it is mind blowing!
