@SkyHelpTeam Ok so what can we do to escalate this? If I’d stayed with Virgin, I could be working now. But because of mis-advice I’m now left answering to my boss that I can’t work until at least Monday. That’s not acceptable. So help me understand what we can do about this? Thanks

@ErnestMoss75 @SkySports Sterling's had a bad season, only won the premier league, league cup, runner-up in champions league, scored 10 league goals, 7 assists from 28 starts. Now he's continuing that poor form by only scoring the winning goal in 3 games out of 4. I hope he starts playing well soon.
