@SkyHelpTeam I took those steps and got the image I showed you?! One said issues in area, the other said no issues and no contact number was given. That is all I got so please I just need a contact number for the tech team you asked me to call.

@SkyHelpTeam many people seem to be reporting sound issues just with ITV. Could you confirm when this will be fixed please. I have Q box and in Meridian region. There are no issues with ITV on analogue TV
