@SkyHelpTeam SkyGo app has become unwatchable. Syncs to Sky Q fine over sky fibre BB, 5m away on iPad it continuously buffers, hangs & some instances not load at all. Same on iPhone both running the latest iOS. Can clearly see lots of people getting the same issue...

@SkyHelpTeam Your #SkyVIP commercials are so annoying- surprised that after 28years of being a Sky Customer being a VIP member meant I was getting a free movie rental ( big deal ) Think your commercials with Emilia Fox and Idris Elba are so very misleading ......

@SkyUK Once again, Sky has failed us in not releasing Aquaman in Dolby Atmos format! After promises of Dolby Atmos movie releases, Sky has let down clients; rather than providing this much wanted format, unlike Netflix & Primetime, it puts it's resources in gimmicks! Disgraceful

So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyUK Why am I still waiting an hour after Kieran in your technical team promised to call me to assist with my broadband - and this was in response to a complaint !!! Very pee-poor customer service which you wouldn't get with a competitor !!!! Swift action now required please !

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks again. There is not a number behind that step I'm afraid. It just takes me back to the offers page which, again, does not display the offer from the letter. This whole episode makes me more inclined to cancel Sky than upgrade! I don't suppose you can give me the number?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your quick response. I have tried that page and the £9 offer does not appear on it. If you go to the Contact Us options and then to Upgrade my Package you just go back to the same page without the offer! Others say they have had the same problem. Does this offer exist?
