@SkyHelpTeam Hi - I am just want to look at cancelling as much of your services as possible. I realise as a loyal customer I am at the bottom of priorities, but a 70% increase in price is not viable.

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam Phoned 5 times and every time says you are unable to help currently. Not had internet for 4 days. Just want to speak to someone. Your customer service gets worse as does your product. I suggest you sort this quickly #sky

@SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam I've attempted all steps as I've outlined previously. It's not only the Sky Q box that's affected, its all device that are connected via WiFi as I've already stated. A new router was sent to me and its been fine, until now. Your service checked indicates no problems. 1/2

@SkyUK Major issues with my WIFI with my Sky Broadband today in Portsmouth. A 10 minute reset cured it for a few hours. My phone is back to saying no internet connection once again. Hard wired items no issue. All my WIFI devices have no internet; even though all lights green.
