@SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

@buyakajamo @SkySports Get well soon 👍🏼 fortunately I’ve not had Covid but did have a combined bout of pneumonia and whooping cough a few years back and my lungs have never been the same since so I can relate I guess.

@SkyHelpTeam The people with superfast in LS27 are all in the same boat! We were already without internet Fri - Sun this week. The issue is area wide. No amount of router resets are you to fix this. #skybroadband
