    @leahysarah @OpenreachHelp @SkyUK We are paying for services we have not received and have attempted to fix a problem we did not create. This is unacceptable.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

    @SkySports really need to bin off this commentary during the US ad breaks. It's awful enough at the best of times, but it's just embarrassing and frankly irritating when it sounds like someone's in a zoom meeting from their bathroom

    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK customer for many, many years and let down badly by Sky for broadband/phone set up! Very angry and paying £100 a month for service. Moved home and Sky didn’t supply broadband when promised. Sorry and £4.40 credit! 😡🤬😡🤬 hello Virgin

    @SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

    @SkyHelpTeam ever since the last update all recordings from sky max have been awful... loads of interference, almost unwatchable...but only the shows themselves not the adverts. Why? And how do I fix it? (On the same theme when will legends of tomorrow ep 15 be available)
