@SkyHelpTeam This is not a box/amplifier problem. It is only on UHD live football games, every other channel (including F1 & movies in UHD) are fine. When I flagged this last year I didn’t get a response from @sky but a few here chimed in to say they had the same issue!

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@RadiationSteve @SkySports @NUFC Relatively speaking, Newcastles problems were nothing like Man Utd’s. You went from being also-rans in 2007, to still being also-rans in 2021, which is true for most of your club’s history of course (give or take a couple of seasons).
