    @SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

    @SkyUK I would like to cancel my subscription The sky q box in the bedroom has only ever worked about 3 times keeps asking me to reactivate l, the main one in the lounge kicks me off the internet at LEAST 6 times rendering voice control useless

    @SkyHelpTeam @BenGLloyd It may sound strange but gently twist the remote (top hand twist to the left, bottom hand to the right) and you may see the backlight come back and buttons when again. Found in a forum. We've yet to have sky fix this.

    Sick of having to reset @SkyHelpTeam boxes every couple of minths, used to be reliable, now just randomly lose co ection with each other and have to spend hours going between upstairs nad downstairs to fix them, ridiculous.

    @SkyHelpTeam So I'm a Sky TV Broadband customer, I'm missing World Cup matches because my my Sky service is miserable, missing channels, No ITV, No TPTV, No Horror Channel, this list is growing, contacted neighbours they have no issues. I'm close to cancelling my DD.
