Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

That you sold Sky on the basis of being able to 'pause live TV' years ago and have now broken that feature is stupid and as for the remotes, someone should be sacked.
