    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam Again. Now you ignore a Platinum Member. A Sky VIP. Your not fit for purpose. Who do I contact at Sky Executive to inform them you do not even know your staff are unaware you do not have a Mobile Phone Network. You piggyback on the O2 Network.

    @HowardGant9 @EE @SkyUK Look at Sky when you can. I cant knock them at all. I got Oakley a phone and the deal they provided me with was amazing. When KCOM was off Sunday, EE was shocking for a signal. Sky had 5G and was so quick!

    @SkyHelpTeam been having on going issues with my internet for around 2 months now. When I last spoke with them they said they would credit my account £24 and send me a new router. Next day delivery. That was on Thursday I’ve still not got a router or the account credit
