    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have and you guys won't refund me so it's not a feeling it's a fact. It was suggested by Sky for me to keep my plan as I can use it via Sky Go, which doesn't work, how can Sky then charge you £80 off quid for something they know you aren't receiving because there is an issue
