  @SkyHelpTeam ... I am an existing customer with tv and broadband.. however I am in need of a wi-fi booster for my conservatory... no signal in there and this is the school work room... can you help. I have checked download speed and its brilliant just not in the conservatory

  @SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

  @SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

  @nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I was in a flat and my dish was on the side (first floor) and the blokes tree next door just grew and grew eventually blocking out the signal. Sky ended up installing another dish at the front on an extended pole and it solved it. Good luck.

  @SkyHelpTeam my sky q mini box is not working in bedroom despite the main box showing connectivity and saying the mini box is connected. My tv is showing no signal and won’t let me select the correct hdmi port. Why not?! Driving me mad!!!

  @nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam My satellite signal went halfway through the Croatia game. Engineer due out on July 2nd. Signal came back two days later, cancelled engineer. Signal goes an hour later. Now waiting for the 8th July to get it fixed. £90 a month to watch the Euros on an iPad. 😡

  @nataliesawyer @Drewmeister1980 @SkyHelpTeam Is it most channels or just HD??? Could be weather as there’s lots of thunder and lightning about. If your on a communal system there is an issue on some systems with HD but should be able to watch the equivalent channel in SD. For example 405 golf HD or 859 golf SD
