@SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

@deebop14 @emkav @SkyHelpTeam Wow this was a while ago.. I seem to remember the problem was in the actual phone exchange round the corner which is ancient in my area. I logged that many problems with Sky I was free to leave my contract. Luckily a far faster broadband in my street now. Hope this helped

@72POTTER @Claressashields There was a reason Savannah and her team never posted the footage. There was a reason it wasn’t anywhere to be found on the internet until SkySports posted it and immediately took it down once they realized Savannah’s “win” was on paper only LOL
