They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

They hustled me to return the equipment for weeks but I put in an official complaint. They stopped hustling and acknowledged they received the equipment. Royal mail equally bad.
