@SkyHelpTeam having lots of problems with my connection of Qbox. My broadband has been checked in every room and I have a strong connection. I have to keep resetting the main and all other Q boxes which is annoying. What’s the solution only I see a lot of comments from others

@SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

@SkyHelpTeam Got no internet connection in Suffolk too. Have done the service status, says no issues in local area. Have also done all the standard troubleshooting for the hardware and followed the instructions of the Self Heal page too.
