    @SkyHelpTeam ... I am an existing customer with tv and broadband.. however I am in need of a wi-fi booster for my conservatory... no signal in there and this is the school work room... can you help. I have checked download speed and its brilliant just not in the conservatory

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

    Beyond furious. Day 14 of no broadband and @skyhelpteam and @openreachhelp are still squabbling over whose fault it is and neither can say what the problem is that needs to be fixed! #badcustomerservice @ofcom

    We have had no internet or landline services since Thursday lunch time when someone came to connect our neighbours. After calling repeatedly we were meant to have an engineer today who never arrived. So now we are facing a working week without connection @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam Switched to Sky from BT Broadband Service. Seamless they said, working in 24 hrs. Now another day working from home with no Sky broadband, stealing wifi from neighbour. Sky now saying no update & info on go live. #skybroadband. Crap transition & lack quality service

    @SkyHelpTeam I just want my existing service to continue until the new service is up and running. How can you just cut people off without checking? Do I have to cancel the existing fibre order to get my service back??

    @SkyHelpTeam yep yesterday by midnight. Still nothing and no proactive management by Sky call centre. Reading lots of issues in Sky activation on here, not encouraging as a new customer!

    @SkyHelpTeam Chased again. Now saying fault outside our property and will take 72 HOURS TO FIX IT. What a joke! already waited 1 day, now another 3 days for what I am paying for. Absolute rubbish, should have stuck with BT. God help anyone who WFH on Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, I am having audio dropout issues with my new replacement Qv3 box since I replaced my v1 a couple of weeks back. I have done all troubleshooting. It’s not hdmi or tv. Any ideas?
