    Fortune. I checked out @SkyUK new Sky Glass. Why did they not make a dish free box, rather than force people to buy a new TV. Not only that but a rude interaction with a Sky retail store manager at Meadowhall. Got ยฃ20 credit for public humiliation & 9yrs custom. Bye bye @SkyUK

    @NOWTV it should be simple to add passes and offers as and when you chose, somehow youโ€™ve made it so difficult to pick up bundled offers. Typical @SkyUK Dread to think what will happen when I activate a sports pass. Chat help is a waste it time, Iโ€™m 47 I like to talk to people ๐Ÿ˜ก

    So @virginmedia refused to let @SkyUK transfer our landline so now all services have been removed by SKY. How can people work from home when you give a fix date of 3 December - thus needs sorting now - no TV, no WiFi no phone

    @SkyHelpTeam I have I called them this morning when the internet stopped working. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

    @SkyHelpTeam Your online tool is finding no issues with the router, area or my local devices. Had to do it on my phone as the browser on my computer won't connect. There is no option to have an engineer as your tool isn't seeing a problem. Hardly s surprise! Please, a human?

    @SkyUK Could this be the worst service provider in England? My husband received a phone call from them yesterday advising him of an overdue payment, so he immediately paid the ยฃ115 as requested. Today the internet is disconnected and they have now advised him it will remain disconnected for 8 days, and there will be additional charges for the connection! He is now having to request the phone call recording, and a discussion with the manager, and may need to get ombudsman involvement - what a shame. We should have just gone with @Starlink. If we can switch now we certainly will try!
