    @SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

    @SkyHelpTeam having lots of problems with my connection of Qbox. My broadband has been checked in every room and I have a strong connection. I have to keep resetting the main and all other Q boxes which is annoying. What’s the solution only I see a lot of comments from others

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam The sim we are using was supplied by the company but it’s a optional to use it or use another provider for its gps service and cellular. Could we link it to our accounts and use the minutes and data in our allowances?

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a widespread problem with Yahoo email failing to send messages today? This is what I was told by the Advisor but don't have much faith that they knew what they were talking about...especially as they hung up after a 40 minute call.

    @SkyHelpTeam We keep getting a resolution date but then it comes and goes and nothing is fixed and no one contacts us with an update. There are elderly people on our street with no landline or internet access who you are leaving in a vulnerable position.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely disgusting "service" and immediately regretting decision to move to Sky BB.....they arranged for BT to cancel my BB on 5-4-23 yet not able to switch Sky BB on till 11-4-23!! I lose 2 days of work, no Easter weekend tv, heating, hot water, nest etc

    @SkyHelpTeam @AppleTVPlus for some reason today there is no sound on my Apple TV app which I use through my sky Q box. Sound works on everything else like other apps and normal tv. Please help
