The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

So I get told another team will call me to arrange engineer or replacement but I get told they will try and call me once and only once and if I don’t answer they will try again the next day!
