@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

@SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

If there was ever a deal that needs to be done, its @AEW on HBO Max when it launches here in the UK next year. All current @SkyUK customers will have access to the Ad Supported tier of HBO Max when it launches here. If you have Sky, and are paying for Triller, you could cancel your triller sub, and watch @AEWonTV for free. If you don't have Sky, and are paying for Triller, for an extra £3 (assuming the Ad Supported version is £9.99) you get all the HBO & AEW back catalogue. It's a no brainer. This would also help drive more Max subscribers here. Of course, if WBD/AEW did do a deal, it would end Triller anyway. It would be business malpractice for them to not do this. AEW does very well here - we get the big Wembley show (usually annually) & the ITV numbers are great for the time of night the shows air.

@SkyUK I cancelled my TV subscription in July and upon receiving repeated correspondence over missed payments, I raised this issue with your customer care representative who clearly confirmed that the subscription has been cancelled. Why am I still being sent mails? Pls fix this
