Issues with @SkyHelpTeam once again. Receiving a letter this morning informing me of my broadband price increasing however not being a broadband customer for over 12 months and STILL being charged over £40 a month. Formal complaint put in due to attempting to sort this twice! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam about time now Sky let us have Sky Sports channels and BT sports channels only without having to add on and pay for the Signature pack for channels I never watch. Bt do it why can't Sky?

@SkyUK the #skyglass is one if the worst things I've bought, nearly everyday I have issues with it not working, but this morning it's having a complete meltdown!! Wish I'd never got it now, so temperamental and to get through to anyone in tech support is a nightmare!
