    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it did give THAT number... your automated service DOES NOT even let you say what’s wrong now before sending you a text with link “90% of queries are sorted online” - if I hear that one more time I will cancel my order with sky do you understand!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it did an THAT number is the automated service which is it letting you even say what the problem is it’s sending you right to online an sending you a text you have NO idea after the 7th time do trying to get through I’m ready to cancel my sky you see where I’m coming from!!

    @SkyUK is the absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with trying to contact you about my broadband an your automated service keeps hanging up on me if you’re trying to loose a customer your doing great 👏🏻

    14 years with @SkyUK and despite the genuine efforts of the Advisor their best price was pitiful. £1.193 Million they pay to show the English Premier League per season but ultimately it’s the customer who pays for it with higher subscription costs.

    @SkyUK absolutely fuming! You book an engineer to come and install my new service but he’s not allowed in my house so why book it!!!! Now left with no tv service as I cancelled my old provider!!!!😡😡

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I called at 11.30 to report that the internet light on my router is off and I was informed that there is a problem in my area and an engineer was already dealing. 3 hours on.. Nothing has changed and I'm starting a 12 hour shift soon and need it for my work

    F @SkyUK. Im going to lose jobs because of **** Wi-Fi. I host LIVE events. And no hardline doesn’t improve so I’m within ten meters from router. And zero other devices are connected with my OH having to hotspot. This is disgraceful.

    @SkyHelpTeam Mini box been off for weeks. Followed all the steps to reboot it and it still doesn’t work. Can’t book an engineer for some reason, so tried to call today and the phone lines are closed for staff training!!! Paying for a service I can’t use!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Instead if having to wait x amount if days for the network team to get in contact, can we have a new router? All lines are coming in fine, hard reset on router isn't making a difference

    I've just had a call from @SkyUK to tell me they have a great deal for me. I told the rep I wasn't interested and when asked why I explained that I'd had @skytv before and found their customer service to be terrible. Their response: rudely disconnect the call...I rest my case.
