The moment you realise that nobody outside the family circle has been in your house for months is when you’re happy to have a socially distanced visit from an @WeAreOpenreach engineer. Line is fine, it’s @SkyUK equipment that’s not. So hopefully the replacements on order fix it!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it did an THAT number is the automated service which is it letting you even say what the problem is it’s sending you right to online an sending you a text you have NO idea after the 7th time do trying to get through I’m ready to cancel my sky you see where I’m coming from!!

@SkyUK how about helping out with all the self insolate people children off business shutting people stuck at home. Etc etc. Such things a added channels with no extra charge. To help the families out.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it did give THAT number... your automated service DOES NOT even let you say what’s wrong now before sending you a text with link “90% of queries are sorted online” - if I hear that one more time I will cancel my order with sky do you understand!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I called at 11.30 to report that the internet light on my router is off and I was informed that there is a problem in my area and an engineer was already dealing. 3 hours on.. Nothing has changed and I'm starting a 12 hour shift soon and need it for my work

@SkyHelpTeam I am not interested. I have had Sky Engineer visit 2 months ago, changed my Sky box 🗃 but what do I get, it will not turn on & when it finally does, it goes off within 3 mins. For a service that charges £92/ month, I should be getting better. I am better off without this ****

@SkyHelpTeam we are having trouble with our broadband. It's blocking sites out of the blue. Clothing sites of all things. It's my partners account. But she can't log in at all to solve the problem. Apparently the parental lock is on. Which is strange because it never has before.
