    @SkyHelpTeam Itโ€™s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldnโ€™t be a connection issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam I am still having this same problem. Your last agent talked me through a master reset and itโ€™s made no difference. Can you advise on the next step because my feed is 1 minute 15 seconds delayed.

    @SkyHelpTeam itโ€™s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but itโ€™s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

    @SkyHelpTeam that's it Sky, cancelling our subscription, no Sky signal for the thousandth time. Same goes for our whole street. Fed up of all the problems. Absolute rip off for the 'service'.

    @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I had Talk Talk up until then, and I must say I was very happy with their service. Unfortunately, they only offered me their best deals once I'd decided to leave and they had notification from Now TV about the switch.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have and weโ€™ve done everything and itโ€™s still not working. They said I need my main box hardwired into the booster which they canโ€™t do until engineers are allowed in the house. They knocked ยฃ10 off my bill for the next two months but...

    My sky tv has gone off 10 times in 5 minutes and it does this every single day up to 30-40 times a day and has done for 3 months. Yet I canโ€™t get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK You can invoke the cooldown clause. With every contract like this, there's a fixed amount of time during which you can cancel without any penalties.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK It's not usually Sky calling but one of their affiliates calling. They call me on a daily basis on different numbers even though it's the same people. They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Good for you! Thatโ€™s Sky for you! I no longer have Sky only use their broadband because their bills are extortionate. No value for money. Awful. BT are also the same treat their elderly and vulnerable customers badly.
