    @SkyHelpTeam The boxes were reset and all worked ok in the end. What I’m asking is why should a hardwired box get connectivity problems needing a reset. Error MR102.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm having constant problems streaming 4k shows on netflix. When I do a speed test it's averaging 25-30mbps which is below the minimum agreed in my contract. How can you resolve this for me?

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

    Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam That's exactly the issue. It's ok for periods of time and then drops. Fine at present but likely to drop again if the last couple of days are anything to go by. Will call if it drops later and hope it can be resolved.

    @SkyHelpTeam why has my TV bill gone up £5 this month? My service hasn’t improved, the products haven’t improved, its got worse, more repeats, the same footy match on 3 channels at the same time. For £6 more a month i can get broadband tv and phone with virgin #ripoffsky
