@StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I had Talk Talk up until then, and I must say I was very happy with their service. Unfortunately, they only offered me their best deals once I'd decided to leave and they had notification from Now TV about the switch.

Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

@SkyHelpTeam Don’t worry Louise, clearly you and Sky like to stick to procedures and won’t budge even if clearly it is your companies fault. A manager should have been on it today to arrange for a next day delivery. My partner a day off as this was the day scheduled for the service to start.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been waiting for my sky broadband to bet set up since the 24th of November. There has now been 4 separate appointments missed by either your sky engineers or openreach without any real indication of solution. I wandered if this was normal procedure for Sky?
