@msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

@SkyHelpTeam Comes back with status warning , doesn’t show broadband speed and gives me the fix broadband button. then gives me a phone number to call. thought issue would be connected to other issues in Yorkshire. I get an ip and the line looks to be syncing fine.
