@SkyHelpTeam I don’t really want to put a complaint in, there isn’t any need because whether I do that or not, it’s not going to fix my sky at the moment. They know the issue and what to do, it’s just waiting for weeks to get an engineer here due to Covid 😞

@msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

My sky tv has gone off 10 times in 5 minutes and it does this every single day up to 30-40 times a day and has done for 3 months. Yet I can’t get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

@SkySportsF1 watching the coverage online via the player (not Go) is an awful experience Quality was so poor we couldn't see the first corner and it's becoming pixelated frequently. We have v good internet so it's not that. It's very frustrating, when will you fix it? @SkyUK
