    Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

    @SkyUK when will you decide to contact a interested new customer who has requested a callback with the blue light app. We advised the request on Saturday for 2pm it’s now Monday and you haven’t even bothered to call. You are a complete joke. How can you expect to get custom.

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello. I keep receiving leaflets at home addressed to someone who doesn’t live at my address anymore. I keep sending them back but you keep sending new ones. I have tried to contact you on DM but it asks if I’m existing customer or if I want to join - non of these.

    @multigums @SkySports I think that’s a special offer for 10 months - which I might suggest, but then we’ll never have normal telly + I don’t want wall to wall sport. Used to be able to get vouchers for Now Tv but they don’t seem to exist any more
