    @SkyHelpTeam I donโ€™t really want to put a complaint in, there isnโ€™t any need because whether I do that or not, itโ€™s not going to fix my sky at the moment. They know the issue and what to do, itโ€™s just waiting for weeks to get an engineer here due to Covid ๐Ÿ˜ž

    Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

    My sky tv has gone off 10 times in 5 minutes and it does this every single day up to 30-40 times a day and has done for 3 months. Yet I canโ€™t get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

    @OpenreachHelp my internet has been down 7 days running now. Iโ€™ve been on the phone everyday to @SkyHelpTeam to try to get you to fix it. All you do is make excuses and do nothing. I will be making a formal complaint against you once you get someone round to fix it ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @SkyUK when will you decide to contact a interested new customer who has requested a callback with the blue light app. We advised the request on Saturday for 2pm itโ€™s now Monday and you havenโ€™t even bothered to call. You are a complete joke. How can you expect to get custom.
