Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

@SkyHelpTeam Nope. Everyone wants to help, but they won’t/don’t/can’t - it’s just more wasted time and stress. Its the same answer, I just have to ‘wait’ for the call, that doesn’t happen and just moves, so whenever that might be. What a waste of everyone’s time.
