@SkyUK have always had slow-ish wifi. However, I now cannot stream on my phone/send pictures/videos without disconnecting from wifi. TV Streaming on the TV is getting slower each day also. Is there anything that can be done?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a regular customer for 4 years, I am now being charged £80 a month for my bill!! Your advisor has told me either get rid of stuff or tough because I can’t cancel until November next year🙃🙃

@SkyHelpTeam no sound on Sky Sports UHD but perfectly fine on HD. No, I don't need to change any of my settings because nothing has changed since the last time I watched Sky Sports UHD. It's clearly a common issue (Google search shows it'a happened many times). Sort it out
