    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a regular customer for 4 years, I am now being charged £80 a month for my bill!! Your advisor has told me either get rid of stuff or tough because I can’t cancel until November next year🙃🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam been a customer 4 years & my bill is now up to £80 a month! Spoke to an advisor who basically told me tough because I can’t cancel it & he can’t do anything about it🙃😭

    So @SkyHelpTeam - your chat facility is too busy, your phone lines are at least on a 20 minute wait time and I have to apparently ring up to talk to someone who is supposed to be compensating me for rubbish service including hours wasted on the phone... so what do I do???

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I was paying £56 under contract then auto increase, without telling me, went up to £89. The offer from renew team £91. The only way to get subscription down to £64 pm (just TV) was remove movies. Unreal and salt in wound tv remote can’t change volume on tv. Sky sucks.
