@SkyHelpTeam after logging an issue numerous times over 12 months & getting nowhere I have today attempted to cancel via webchat. The advisor told me to wait for 45 mins whilst she went to a meeting & left the chat with nothing resolved. Ridiculous service.

I’m confused ,just watched #refwatch on #SkySports and there’s Dermot Gallagher telling us it’s not hand ball if ur hands down by ur sides so not deliberate yet in the #celtic v #rangers #oldfirmderby the Celtic goal should’ve been disallowed for hand ball when it was accidental

@SkySportsPL @SkySports It was not a "Great free kick," but it was an awful piece of goal keeping. Luca Milivojevic scored with a "Great free kick," against Bournemouth last week when the goalkeeper was beaten despite his very best efforts. If he had been in goal for Watford he would have saved it.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam , I am trying to watch something on Disney+ on my SkyQ box, and after about 3 seconds I get kicked out of Disney+ to a black screen. Only when I hit the home button to I get taken back to the Sky menu ~ please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. Yes I’ve been reading updates. No new update since 12.15. I’ve tried ringing to ask about refund for hours of no connection. On hold for 30 mins. I tweeted to try and find out how long it might be? 12 hours is a long time to be broken for? Thanks
