    I’m confused ,just watched #refwatch on #SkySports and there’s Dermot Gallagher telling us it’s not hand ball if ur hands down by ur sides so not deliberate yet in the #celtic v #rangers #oldfirmderby the Celtic goal should’ve been disallowed for hand ball when it was accidental

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

    @simongauntlett @paulgray_DS @amazon @Google @Apple @SkyUK @BBCOne I have one Google Home as well... It is messed up for me as it does not support Google Suite for calendars or contacts unlike Amazon Alexa... I know it sounds really dumb.

    @SkyHelpTeam after logging an issue numerous times over 12 months & getting nowhere I have today attempted to cancel via webchat. The advisor told me to wait for 45 mins whilst she went to a meeting & left the chat with nothing resolved. Ridiculous service.

    Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam wifi down in SW18, website says no known issues in the area which I just cannot believe. Called and was told (by a bot) it was an Openreach issue and could take 2 days to fix! Crazy to take this long with so many people still working from home.

I do not have enough data to hotspot off my phone, nor should I have to. This on top of one of your team telling me we have 'too many devices, 1/2
