    @SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

    Why do we put up with companies like @SkyHelpTeam? • Farm out call centre jobs abroad (yes, I know there's Livingston) • Make it 31 days for cancellation purposes (what ever happened to 28 days?) • Add sneaky HD charges you never knew you had until cancellation.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi team, a scammer called me today pretending to be Sky. If it weren't for the fact that I have experience in IT, it could fool a lot of people. Happy to give more detail if you get in touch. Also concerned about how they got my number and knew I was a sky customer.
