@SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

@SkyHelpTeam I can’t download any on demand or catch up programs on any sky channels. I just get failed or technical problem. Have tried rebooting the box. Other channels like itv are fine

@SkyHelpTeam I have run the test and called Sky help to be told it's probably a local exchange issue / something being worked on. They said it shouldn't be off very long but it's now at least 4 hours. I can't believe you don't know if work or maintenance is being carried out.

@SkySports Issue isn’t not kicking it out because you play to the whistle. But don’t act like you’re going to, wait until players have stopped and then play on. For the record Kodjia was taken off with an injury. We were hypocrites by not giving the goal to Sheff Utd last season though.
