    @SkyHelpTeam been a customer 4 years & my bill is now up to £80 a month! Spoke to an advisor who basically told me tough because I can’t cancel it & he can’t do anything about it🙃😭

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t download any on demand or catch up programs on any sky channels. I just get failed or technical problem. Have tried rebooting the box. Other channels like itv are fine

    @SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam please help my frustrations. A Broadband engineer was meant to visit today with WiFi boosters. A TV engineer has visited without boosters. I am losing my patience.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a regular customer for 4 years, I am now being charged £80 a month for my bill!! Your advisor has told me either get rid of stuff or tough because I can’t cancel until November next year🙃🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam been messaging itv hub regarding how the hub is terrible on Sky Glass. Always disconnects and even worse via the puck, pretty much a black screen. Paying for a service that’s not fully working but at least itv have been replying to try and help !

    Why do @SkyUK start the phone call with thanking you for being a VIP customer and then proceed to do everything they can to make it as difficult as possible to achieve anything! I've been on the phone 3 times, totalling nearly an hour, and still haven't got anywhere!

    @SkyHelpTeam Regular picture freeze and connections issues with mini box. All guides and online suggestions have been followed. Internet is fine and main sky box works without an issue.
