@SkyUK have had calls in the last 2 days claiming to be Sky telling me I have a problem with my internet speed and need my details. As soon as I questioned them they hung up.. I am assuming this is a scam..

@SkyHelpTeam if overhead fibre has been installed in my street how do I get it to my house to be used with Sky Broadband? My standard Sky Broadband is very slow and hoping fibre to my house will make the difference.

@lachojski @SkySports Pen last night was VAR , that shirt pull was never enough to make trezeguet fall over like that (he’s another diver btw) most of the tackles on Grealish weren’t fouls but he makes sure with his theatrical dives as does Salah all the time ....... wise up refs

@SkySports why can’t you just give a balanced review of a game. You go about your business as if the whole world are only interested in Man Utd and Liverpool. It may help to have non connected ex players in the studio as all they want to do is talk about their team. Just an idea

@SkySports Whatever the true reason I would think a pretty large proportion of the population will see completing the season as only being about money. If they go ahead it may solve a short term cash problem but their reputation will be f*#ked. Cancel the season now!

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

@SkyUK I have had the new apparently super fast broadband for a few months now and it is ******* awful it cant connect more than 2 things to it and it keeps disconnecting. We have no signal what so ever upstairs.

@SkyHelpTeam You tell me. I ordered a sky Q box..even your engineer was suprised when he saw it was only a sky HD box.. I specifically I asked for the sky Q box because I wanted to use my apps on it which it what your customer service guy told me I was getting. How do I complain .

@SkyHelpTeam I’m due my next update on 15/2. Yet again there will be no positive news. I’ve made a complaint and the escalations team tell me there’s nothing they can do. Pointless to divert me to your online help sections where you get cut off when you phone.
