@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Went through all that. Done troubleshooting. Removed all wires & restarted. Test wouldn't work because it couldn't detect router. A shambles. The usual nonsense comes up, that there's no problems in my area & the problem's at the customers side lol Magically fixed overnight.

@SkyHelpTeam The only way I have found to do it is to not log into mysky but then the deals for new customers is different to that for existing customers. Which is awful in itself. It would be nice if a company rewarded loyalty but nope you charge existing customers 70 quid more for setup
