@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hello again! My parents have switched the home phone back on. All the lights are normal. There is a running text message on the screen saying ‘check the phone line.’ I’ve tried calling the landline, it rings as normal from my end, but doesn’t ring in the house. Help please?

I've just spent 20 mins on hold waiting to speak to @SkyUK regarding my poor broadband, get put through to a very poor quality line which was clearly abroad somewhere, only for the call handler to hang up on me!! #skybroadband #poorcustomerservice
