@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyUK Day THREE no broadband. Messsge yesterday evening claimed it was fixed! No not fixed, nowhere near fixed. Disgrace lack of customer care and service, we oay you good money. Simple question here, WHEN WILL THE BROADBAND BE BACK ON? No non answers or fob offs plz.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, did all those, but the Sky box keeps saying is connected to a Sky network, rather than my network name, although seems to be connected to mine anyway, seems a like a weird bug.

@SkyHelpTeam As mentioned don't get through. What is the problem? 3 days no bb just not on. Wife is a key worker must have full service so had to be at school 6 till 6 yesterday in at 6 again today, shes worked long hrs all thru lockdown now as you cant fix fault its causing her serious probs

@SkyHelpTeam You must understand how frustrating this is for us and stressful missing out on work because sky can’t fix there broadband what compensation are we likely to receive , you must be aware we’re losing out on work due to this and the fire loosing income
