@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam could you please explain why 4g speeds are so bad in my area average speed test when they run is D/L 0.2mb just turned off 4g and get 1mb on 3g I live in a big town in the middle of England. Had a better signal on a cliff in Portland
