@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Called to renew my expiring TV & Broadband told it will cost £17 more per month for the same! Platinum VIP never did reward anything! Looks like @bt_uk @BTGroup will be new provider #CustomerService

@SkyUK i am returning my sky q equipment but i dont have an hdmi supplied because your engineer used my own hdmi when he installed. Will this be a problem to send the equipment back without hdmi?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi GM. At least once a week I am having to turn off my main Sky Q box at the mains as the box loses connecrion with the remote and is stuck on one channel. Never had any issues with the old Sky+ HD boxes that we had

Help @SkyHelpTeam. My broadband isn’t working with any sky box on demand or any smart TV at all but fine with phones and laptops. I just can’t work out why. Help help help please.
