    @SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

    @SkyUK Why do I have to buy or upgrade to sky glass ? Why not allow access via an app on any smart tv? I am customer but this is just another way getting more money out of many loyal customers. Sky Q is disappointing,with no reminder option,poor quality remote for handling etc.

    @SkySports The useless grifter is hanging on for his payoff, he knows he is never going to get another job in the top flight, in fact he will be lucky if he gets one in the championship. He should of been binned months ago.

    @skytv launch a new product. On launch day then tell people there’s a hierarchy of who can have it and when. And then all they say to anyone else is basically just to shut ******** up and wait their turn. What a shambles of a launch. Well done. @SkyHelpTeam
