@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Ok I wouldn't count the messaging service the same as a online chat and don't really have the patience to wait on the phone. But thank you for your help and would recommend a real-time online chat service is enabled to support your customers

@cr41g4 @virginmedia @SkyUK They told me that my issue was sorted too. Had a proper web chat. Was paying £76 a month and this month sneakily changed the bill last minute and too £136 out of my account! These scammers are out of order!

@SkyHelpTeam I've used the contact us links and put in the que since 14:50. If sky wants to keep its customers why is there no live chat function. Most other providers have this option yet sky removed this and now onky has this messaging service
