@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

It doesn't need to have a direct impact but if it subconsciously, or consciously, reminds people of the issues then its doing its bit. Its not the solution, obviously but its a contributing factor and even if its impact is minimal it's worth doing
