@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

@SkyHelpTeam It has just come back on in the last half hour, but was off for over 24 hours. Some of the tips you came up with are just not practical in the area where we live, your company needs to review its support for its customers in rural & isolated locations.

Had a very pleasant call with a support agent from @SkyUK. Unlike Virgin, they actuality go above and beyond to try resolve your issue and don’t just use a script and try to find a reason to blame the customer.

@SkySports @GNev2 What was it that Jamie said in pre-match commentary? Liverpool will probably win seven or eight nill! That is almost as big a blunder as "You'll never win anything with kids". If I remember correctly, that was a comment from a former Liverpool player as well!

@SkyHelpTeam Awful service today. Over 30 minutes call waiting time. Not getting guaranteed minimum broadband speed to hub and virtual assistant just tried to sell me Sky Glass!!!
