@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Nathan we have numerous times! Effecting over 20 neighbours thats all keep getting call CC and no resolution each adviser tell each customer a different thing when it is only one main fault at the main box 🥲

@SkyHelpTeam Ellie, Every morning I check. Your engineer stated that this issue had happened with other sky q boxes and was probably a software problem. No problems with my dish, wiring or set up, but I am left with no TV for Xmas. All recordings also lost as I have a “new box” Shambles
