@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam It’s been a week since i last replied and your internet is still awful. probably more awful then before. Now i have to start using data in my OWN house just to access social media and emails. Sky is making Virgin Media, and BT look like gods compared to their awful appearance.
