@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Daniel, I can’t sign in. I don’t have a log in for Paramount Plus and it won’t let me create a log in for Paramount Plus despite being a Sky Cinema customer. This is just going round in circles! Clicking on “Get Paramount Plus” on the app on my TV does nothing!

@steeleyp_ @SkyHelpTeam The best of it is, I don’t even want to cancel, I want to keep the account going, an account that I pay for, that has my name on all logins, contact details etc but apparently there is absolutely nothing can be done about the account holders name.

@SkyHelpTeam I seriously suggest you review your policies and procedures and implement something to support account holders going through a divorce, which is a horrendous situation to start with. To then have the added stress and difficulty of simply trying to keep an account open with you!
