@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam I have cancelled my contract after 6 years of service I don’t agree with your price increase. I also didn’t appreciate your advisor assuming I am in financial difficulties. I am not and I have never missed a payment to towards yourself’s.
