@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and an engineer has helped changed the channel but it’s still awful. We have an extender but nothing seems to be getting it to perform any better. Line check says all ok.
