    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

    This Sky Sports coverage is so bad. Showing putts we’ve already seen. No player card so don’t know what shot/hole they’re on. Only showing a handful of players. Ad break every 4 mins. #themasters #skysports #skysportsgolf

    @SkySports without fail your sky sports+ is always messing up when the rugby is on dropping sound,score/tackle count/time played and picture always messing up. How long is this gonna keep going on absolute joke

    Sky update March situation has now escalated to obviously CISAS however in the meantime I left a fair but honest review on Trustpilot about my experience. Jason from @skytv / @SkyHelpTeam replied with an apology, but I don’t accept it. Saying “sorry” means nothing if Sky still refuses to fix the actual problem. The core issue is simple! after nearly 6 years of loyalty (since 17 August 2020), Sky reset my Gold VIP status to Silver over a 24-day gap. SKY ASKED me to withdraw my previous CISAS complaint in good faith after the December 2024 billing dispute. I did exactly that. I then returned just 24 days later and agreed a new 24-month Sky Stream contract at £60 per month. I was never told that my previous tenure would vanish and everything would reset. Had I known, it would almost certainly have influenced my decision to rejoin. Or at least I could’ve made a better and more informed decision rather than a ill informed decision #SkyVIP #SkyComplaint #CISAS
