@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We've not had Sky TV for very long. We're having lots of problems with either the remote or the box. We're on our 3rd set of batteries and only changed them the other day but can't turn the box on. No lights when holding the remote.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, not looking to cancel, just disappointed I had to pay a £40 ‘set up cost’ when if I’d ordered a week later I wouldn’t have been charged. Service is good, and cancelling won’t get me that money back. Just though on good faith you might honour the deal
