  @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

  @SkyHelpTeam Good Morning, since last Saturday we’ve been having trouble with our main sky q box recordings. A programme will start recording and then one will fail due to technical fault and then I can’t record anything else until I reboot the box. Getting no hard disk error
