    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I logged into my account and checked my own personal services. All come back indicating no issues, not even my mobile phone is using the WiFi and I'm sat all of a foot away from the router, if that. Can you please send me the telephone number to contact your team 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam I've attempted all steps as I've outlined previously. It's not only the Sky Q box that's affected, its all device that are connected via WiFi as I've already stated. A new router was sent to me and its been fine, until now. Your service checked indicates no problems. 1/2

    bit disappointed @SkyUK, purchased movienightsin deal at Asda but actually can’t sit down and watch as have a SkyQ box! Don’t fancy movie night on my phone! 😳

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to change the payment date for my sky glass to my original payment date I had before but it won’t let me. Can you help? Don’t fancy being stuck on hold for ages again 🙈

    @SkyUK Major issues with my WIFI with my Sky Broadband today in Portsmouth. A 10 minute reset cured it for a few hours. My phone is back to saying no internet connection once again. Hard wired items no issue. All my WIFI devices have no internet; even though all lights green.
