@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

3) the same issue we had for years before! Everyone I talk to experiences the same! If your product is not fit for purpose then admit it, don't charge so much or withdraw it from circulation. Excellent idea - poorly executed @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

2) We had problems with them for years but to be fair to @SkyHelpTeam they replaced the boxes following a house fire. Even sent an engineer, who told me the signal was excellent between them and I would have any problem! The next day........
