@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

@SkyHelpTeam What does VIP customer mean? Will keep you on the phone for longer because you’re such an important customer, but we don’t actually understand what you’re talking about and keep asking me the customer to explain. All I want to know is why my bill is up by £10 a month

@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t just me having issues, it seems the majority of the UK were. Oh the temptation to switch to another broadband supplier because we’ve had issue after issue being with sky over the years!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying Carol, however you’ve not done anything different to your colleague I spoke to on the phone. A reply saying sorry but not saying you’re not going to charge me for the days I haven’t got a full service is as helpful as a chocolate teapot.

@SkyHelpTeam Your “help” solutions are pointless as the hardware is at fault. It’s a known issue with copious complaints from customers. Your previous gen hardware was fine in comparison. Baked in obsolescence isn’t enough now you have to supply faulty tech?
