@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam truly rubbish online help experience, what a joke, I'm going round and round on website. Last week went to cancel contract was talked into stopping with Sky now you've gone silent can't seem to find the correct help approach on the web. Fed up! Wish I'd of canceled!
