    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam We don't want to cancel the whole thing, we want to cancel part of the package but need to discuss with someone as the cost is ridiculous as an existing customer. Why is there no online chat for people who are unable to call?

    SkySports F1 (UK) are broadcasting the FIA Drivers' Press Conference tomorrow. However, due to clashes with F2 the conference will be broken up into two parts. The first starting live at 9:30 to 10:35 then returning at 11:25 to 12:00 after F2.

    @SkyHelpTeam The gentleman I spoke with 2 days previously asked me to take a call at that time.. it took 45 minutes of my time.. I had already been waiting 5 weeks for a call back. #CustomerService How many times do I need to call to cancel my account? While they overcharge me @SkyHelpTeam
