@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam We got sent an engineer who could only fix our phone line - which we never asked for, nor have. Called again to ask why an internet engineer wasn’t sent, got told someone would be in touch within 48 hours - nothing. Called again today, the automated service ordered an engineer...

@SkyHelpTeam on certain channels I’m not getting satellite signal but other channels work fine? For example sky sports Main event has no satellite signal but sky sports premier league is fine? What can I do to fix this? I’ve done what you sent but it still doesn’t work

@SkyHelpTeam Sky plus. I've switched off at the mains then turned back on. Now it's ok. But I have to do this everytime it doesn't work. Obviously something isn't right. My WiFi connection is fine. I'm basically paying for something that doesn't always work.
