@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is so slow yet my bill keeps increasing. Another £2 added to my next bill, after £2 increase a year ago. I've been with Sky for 4 years & my reward is being charged £10 a month more than new customers. Not possible to get human contact for help. Time to leave Sky!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done these steps and then it tells me the problem is fixed so doesn’t give me a phone number - but the problem is not fixed at all. Im at my wits end because you don’t seem to be contactable
