    @SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve recently moved and since then Talk Shield has stopped working and using your website just lands on an error code. I tried your help pages and they were no help. I then waited online but your help person must have dropped the call. To quote your slogan, I deserve better

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had sky installed on Tuesday and have had issues since. No signal for majority of channels. All sports channels are affected and I’m stuck without live TV. Someone was meant to call me yesterday for virtual technical support- yet no call received.

    @SkyUK I wished we had sent ours back but stupidly persevered with it. Hugely regret that now. You’re forced to use the broadcasters service and it’s awful compared to Sky Q interface. Am considering buying myself out of the contract.

    I’m interested in the @skyuk sky class tv, the dusky pink one and for one reason only, it’s pink, does it have to come with sky entertainment if I buy it outright, or can I avoid that ****, god knows how expensive sky tv is these days, that’s why I got prime, Netflix and dinsney+
