@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

@SkyHelpTeam Yep but not until 11th. It is absolutely disgusting. I was aware having the correct engineer is an issue so I called in a couple of times to ensure the right one was sent. But alas, the wrong one was sent and now we have to wait longer due to Sky’s gross incompetence.

@ParamountPlusUK Do you and Sky @SkyHelpTeam actually plan to fix the 'known issues' that are preventing certain films / TV shows from being watched on thr Sky Q box ? Its been over 2 months since the app was released and there is no planned date for a fix. That is very poor service.
