@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Ongoing issues - as you will know from tweets and your on line help forum, with download failures on Sky + HD. Useless talking to your customer service team, so what does a paying customer need to do to get a positive resolution?

@SkyHelpTeam 4 Green for a while, then Green, Orange, Green, Orange, sometimes it'll just have no light on 2 & 4. Having done my own checks these issues appear to have started after latest firmware. Any inclination as to when the fix will be or if I can downgrade?
