@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. I rang tech support yday and was told the outage is being investigated by openreach and that after 24 hours this issue can be personally escalated. Rang again today and was told they couldn't do anything. I would just like an update. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam I was unaware of this and wouldve asked for the special tariff add on of £6 per day if i was as its under United Kingdom. Is there any way of helping me with this large payment as i am a long standing sky customer and have all my products with yourselves. I would be very grateful

@SkyHelpTeam Hi again JD ... I am halfway through my contract with BT Sport does that mean I will have to cancel with them and take a new subscription with you along with Sky Sports ? Will BT sport continue to charge me in this case ?
