    @SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam My wife is emailing a very long complaint as I tweet. Customers should not suffer due to loopholes in your contract with openreach .How can internet be fine for ages then engineering starts and nothing but disruption since.
