    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam @rmholdsworth Hi Sky. 85 yr woman sold multiscreen in '17 to avoid (allegedly) paying 199 for Qbox. She has one telly. She's paid you £700+ for a useless subscription. Cust service say up to her to notice end of the initial 12 months.Really? Vulnerable Customers?????

    @SkyHelpTeam No the quickest way is to fix the exchange. 4 postcodes affected. Get people on the phones that actually know what v they are talking about and either provide decent kit or let us use our own

    @SkyHelpTeam Openreach has just tried to install fibre broadband but couldn't - it needs more work that one man can do. Who do I contact to discuss this? Your website is truly appalling when one needs help!
