@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@WResponders @SkyUK I had offer for free Q but wanted it upstairs as wife has health problems and goes to bed early. Not multi room but like sky eye for same channel but they said I couldn’t…and broadband is supposed to be 145ish, barley getting 90ish at moment @SkyHelpTeam
