@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam @sky I've only been a new customer to sky fibre broadband for a couple of days and the whole network has been down all day with this code AF-IE-1156153473 what ever this is?? Doesn't give me much confidence in a broadband service. Compensation???

@SkyHelpTeam And looks like another day will pass with no bb fix! So as an essential worker working with kids and families is my wife now supposed to put more mobile data on her phone for you to say you won't compensate for, even tho your failing to provide the service we pay you for?

@SkyHelpTeam I guess my question is whether this was a planned outage or not? That info isn't on the site. Also, I've now had 4 works days affected by lack of service - can you advise about the process for refunds of my bills?
