@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I was wondering when I’m actually going to receive the official letter to tell me that my prices are going up as I was told I could cancel but I need that letter first? Surely by not supplying this, SKY is breaking their side of the contract?!?

@babuyagu Qatar should NEVER of been awarded #WorldCup2022 let alone allowed to play in it & as usual there are many resentful Nations not truly worthy of being there due to the absurd qualifying format so we as true fans miss quality Nations some capable of actually winning 🏆 @SkySports

Why don’t companies want to actually speak to their customers anymore? Tried to speak to @SkyUK about a complaint on 4 occasions only to be hung up on! Currently in a queue for over 50 minutes!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Well……the absence of any form of phone number’s the main issue… They keep trying to fob me off with the ‘bot’ assistant or direct me to the web-shop but neither of these will work as I have a discount code that isn’t being pulled through 😖🤯
