  @SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

  @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

  @SkySports your red button is absolutely atrocious… it never works less than five minutes delay and the fact you put sport on there that I can’t record without being there (which defeats the ******* object), is ludicrous £140 a month for the privilege
