@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

Hi @bt_uk & @SkyUK from a customer service perspective how would you keep a customer who has had no internet connection for 14 days updated as to when the service they pay for will be back up and running? Just that @virginmedia don’t appear to do anything, just curious.

@SkyHelpTeam Am trying to cancel my Paramount Plus subscription I got through Sky but can’t do this anywhere either by calling Sky or on Paramount Plus site-one sends me back to the other. 3 hours wasted trying to sort this out, currently looking like a Paramount Plus/ Sky scam.

@SkySports When are you going to sort out your terrible coverage? A goal is scored then you hammer the replay even after the match has restarted. Get the LIVE feed back on and show the replays at half time. #NUFC
