@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

Quite how on earth @Sky can say there isn’t any known issue around here when they’re being inundated with msgs complaining they have no internet just beggar’s belief!! Please sort this out asap! @SkyHelpTeam
