    @SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

    @SkyHelpTeam On every episode of The Office Movers on Sky Comedy via Virgin On Demand, your subtitles are covering the humorous captions that are burnt into the programme. This happens regularly. Could someone please fix this by top-aligning subtitles when there’s burnt in text?

    @SkyUK I have spent two hours trying to reduce my mother’s TV package. My mother has dementia. My mother has been a sky customer for over 30 years. I logged on to her account online but of course you can’t reduce your package on there adding more cost ….. no problem. Shameful!

    @SkySports Biggest fraud in football in my opinion. He won't last a season. Players will want to leave. Never seen a city side so poor in defence and midfield. Harland had no service.

    Can you help? I ordered a laptop on 11 August. It was shown in stock and was ordered in time for next day delivery. I also ordered a sim to go with it and the dongle. It has still not arrived. I get messages asking me to activate the sim, but it is not here @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkySports They'll spend hundreds of millions more to try and cheat their way out of trouble. "Amazing" Pep did it for 10 years. Bald fraud
