@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyUK Drove to Vue Cinema, Hull this morning with our tickets for Frozen and our 3yr old in her Anna dress so excited only to be told “It is full” and be turned away!!! Absolutely awful, numerous girls crying and families upset and disappointed. What the hell???
