@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Different week, same old problem. Why has Sky become so useless in the last 14 days? It's pathetic, disruptive to your customers' work and very costly. Yes, I'm already TRYING to speak to your customer service team who are as always impossible to reach.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done this many times before and has worked on occasion but the question is, is this something I should be repeatedly doing just to keep some kind of semi-access to a service I’m paying a lot of money for? Isn‘t the onus on you guys to sort it out once and for all?

@SkyUK Why when you pay an Extortion amount for Sky TV are you not allowed to download Sky Go onto your smart TV or be able to mirror from phone to a TV etc ? If you pay for sky you should be able to watch it how you please using your login ID. Total Rip Off Sky as per usual!
