@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

Hey @SkyHelpTeam because you customer services are sh!t and you dont want to listen to customers, I want to cancel my 20yr custom with you. So far had to deal with an idiot who wouldnt listen & retention services cutting me off. Fiber service today has been intermitant
