@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam It's OK. There are a lot of people complaining about the same issue on sky's Community Web page. It's been going on for days. I can call a sky number ut texts are not being delivered yet are sent OK.
