@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyUK My sold set which is set was on pristine condition without a single scratch. I paid extra to royal mail for next day fast track and sign courier. Have all evidence.. With this experience for a VIP customer for 9 yrs. I am seriously in double mind to continue.
