@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam trying to download Prodigal Son. I’m up to series 1 E.16 but E.17 onwards won’t download. It says “Failed, Item unavailable”. I can watch it on the Sky Go app though so it’s not a subscription issue right?

@SkyUK decided to change my 80 yr old inlaws’ phone no - they rely on their landline for so much… @SkyCustomerHelp claims they can’t help / refusing to try. If anybody at Sky can be bothered to do better for some very lovely and rather stressed out elderly people please DM

@SkyHelpTeam apparently the email in this account is linked to an old account in Scotland, so i can't use that, but I don't have issues (as far as I know), it's just a really bad speed... my phone get's 30 times more that speed... so if you can't fix that, thanks, we'll check other options

@kcjh82 @SkyHelpTeam … and it’s dropped…AGAIN! Seriously @SkyHelpTeam this is beyond ridiculous now. 5 times in 9 days, & before your refer me to your service checker, it’s not once said there was a problem in my area despite checking it a million times this week, & there clearly being an issue!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. It was ok by this morning but the internet keeps dropping has done throughout the day. Apparently there was a bug problem in the Manchester area last night. No idea if its been properly fixed or not

@SkyHelpTeam No point in PM Michelle. More Sky waffle .. service isn’t working …the issue is at Sky .. not customers houses / boxes … refund customers for loss of services and stop stalling for more time with pointless engineer visits.
