    @SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t help as it is a page about cancelling my sky mobile..I have a mobile and I have upgraded. The app states o have an additional sim but I don’t… don’t want to get two bills…

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a broadband issue in South Wales at the minute? Our upload speed is struggling to get above 1 megabit/second and the phone line isn’t working

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have been advised that. The issues began 3 weeks ago. You can't be bothered to chase up o2 for an estimate as to how long it will be fixed. Meanwhile Sky customers suffer. Poor.

    @AlasdairGold The problem is that the Skysports presenter on the pitch invents a story because he saw Levy leaving his seat, and then all those stupid Tweeter accounts spread that like it was breaking news. Social media my god 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam Pathetic you can't find out what is wrong with the mast in SE England that means I can't make texts or calls or barely use mobile web. Nor provide compensation. What sort of crap deal did you strike with O2 who runs the mast?
