@SkyHelpTeam Sky are bloody useless I have been a customer 25years + upgraded to sky Q 12th feb install due 21st feb engineer no show I had to call to find out what was going on now can’t get installed until 9th March, seriously thinking of just cancelling, customer care -10 😡😡😡

@footballdaily To be fair I tend to listen to games on either mute or low volume due to the awful commentary on Skysports and BT. Peter Drury, Ally McCoist and only a select few others are worth to listening to. The majority of commentators are crap.

@SkyHelpTeam I've also spent 25 mins on my mobile to your horrendous IVR and am now being charged £15 for the privilege of an engineer visit....disconnecting I think - awful, awful service.

@SkyHelpTeam @bessieboo23 Here you are saying it is Openreach. To others it is ‘our engineers’. Is it Sky engineers or Openreach engineers? If it is Openreach, why is it just Sky that is down and not other Openreach providers?
