    @SkyHelpTeam It confirms that our phone is not compatible to your SkyQ hub so we need compatible set of Twin phones; base set has answering machine and upstairs ordinary phone. We are still left with 2 problems 1)SkyQ hub or Sky+ box do not communicate bcoz Sky+ box is not connrcted to Router

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Help: Thank you for providing the link last night to test our Sky system installatipn. I ran all 7 steps of the test. I don't know what it measures and detects; but basic installation seems good; but our Home phone line does not work.

    Settling down to Super Sunday on @SkySports & find that I can't get the UHD option up. Never had this issue before. Any ideas?

    @skyHelpTeam - PLEASE HELP. Broadband isn’t working, I can’t get hold off anyone to speak to. I have run tests but it saying I don’t have broadband! I have been a customer for the last 12 mths. It’s impossible to work from home. #skybroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam My name is Abdul Latif of 2 Coronation Road, Exeter EX2 5BZ We want to return to Sky as we find the Virgin Media service un-business like. We have been away from Sky from 27-Sep-20 although you keep charging us £28 per month; that may need to be refunded.

    @SkyHelpTeam As per your Facebool advisor our Setyings are incorrect. 2 days ago your help system confirmed that our system needs a reset and a re-initialising. I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

    @SkyHelpTeam Today regrettably I had to cancel my Direct Debit. I am in the process of writing 7days notice to Sky to either fix the problem or remove your equipment. What a sad situation! A very poor Custpmer Service!

    @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry, I gave up on Sky; all they seem to offer is articles to read. They do not have Engineers to fix the problems they create themselves! We have decided to go back to Virgin.

Morality is unfortunately never prioritised in the sporting world - especially when it comes to men. As a United fan I can’t say he’s a role model anymore because of his private life

    Trying to speak to someone at @SkyUK is like trying to win the lottery. Problem with the sky box and can't get hold of anyone to discuss this. Absolutely ridiculous. The only line available wants to sell me something! Someone at @SkyUK please try and help!

    @SkyHelpTeam You can keep denying it but there’s clearly an outage problem in Brighton & Hove area AGAIN. I’m with NowBroadband (uses Sky lines) and just spoke to their technical help team - they’ve confirmed there’s a general outage so there’s nothing they can do till you fix it
