We are still left with 2 problems 1)SkyQ hub or Sky+ box do not communicate bcoz Sky+ box is not connrcted to Router

I ran all 7 steps of the test. I don't know what it measures and detects; but basic installation seems good; but our Home phone line does not work.

We have been away from Sky from 27-Sep-20 although you keep charging us £28 per month; that may need to be refunded.

I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

I’m with NowBroadband (uses Sky lines) and just spoke to their technical help team - they’ve confirmed there’s a general outage so there’s nothing they can do till you fix it
