@SkyHelpTeam hello. Due for sky TV next week. Been told by a neighbor who used to have sky that the communal dish doesn't get all the channels. Once the engineer is round, would they check everything is ok as standard? And fix accordingly (It's on a three story building)

Call me stupid but how do users ‘lift’ video clips from other users? For example, if I wanted to show a clip from @SkyNews @BBCNews @SkySports etc, rather than share or quote from that users profile/handle, how can I show it from mine? Sensible answers please.

@SkyHelpTeam Did that but it still takes me to the "it looks like you don't have Sky Broadband" page. If I try to upgrade through the account, the only recontract tries to add Sky broadband. Tried going direct to sky .com/cancel, I can't see the" I'm unhappy with my price" or offers section.
