    @tom_7711 @TU_Munch @SkySports Obviously not as catastrophic but Oxlade had that bad one against Roma in the semi final of the CL in 17/18 which meant he played only 19 mins in 18/19😭 the way he plays aswell, chance he’ll do something again & he was quite injury prone with muscular problems anyway

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted. I am unable to cancel my BT sports add on package online.Never made it clear when adding it (online), simply said cancel whenever you want, yet you can’t cancel unless you call them, but you cannot get through.Taking advantage of your customers

    Been on the chat window (only method of cancelling all services) since 11:23am. Still waiting... @SkyUK better accept this as the date of my formal notice to cancel - 31 days notice starts today. You have been notified!

    @SkyHelpTeam im trying to cancel all services. You have no mechanism that seems to support this right now. It’s a 5 minute call. There’s a 14 hour chat window where you didn’t respond. I tried & you didn’t. To be clear, this is not directed towards the hard working staff.

    @SkyHelpTeam We've had shockingly poor download speeds since 16 Dec which still hasn't improved. We've followed guidance on your help pages and also notice there's been a UK wide issue with Sky broadband. When will this be resolved and will you be crediting my bill given the poor service?
