    Fuming with @SkyHelpTeam , ringing me at 19:00 to cancel my installation for my engineers calling in sick. Even after making me pay for my subscription for 3 months of no sky as they wouldn’t suspend my account. If I was off work, it would get covered. #joke

    @SkyHelpTeam so you lock my account. I cant now use Sky Go. I can't login to my account. All because an email account I don't use has been hacked. And to unlock it I have to ring YOU and wait in a 45min queue. The first automated q asked is What's My Password!! NOT answering THAT

    @SkyHelpTeam You misunderstand. I've done all that and have a ticket raised. But your first line support continually put me thru to the 'Sky Apps Team' where I wait in the queue but eventually get hung up on. I go round and round and get nowhere.
