@SkyHelpTeam You misunderstand. I've done all that and have a ticket raised. But your first line support continually put me thru to the 'Sky Apps Team' where I wait in the queue but eventually get hung up on. I go round and round and get nowhere.

Phoned to cancel @SkyUK but I’m in contract passed to cancelation, said can’t help me if my reason to leave is we employ @adamboultonSKY as @SkyNewsBreak is just a division of sky I said I don’t need your help just cancel me. Been with @SkyUK 8 yrs but can’t wait to leave!

Fuming with @SkyHelpTeam , ringing me at 19:00 to cancel my installation for my engineers calling in sick. Even after making me pay for my subscription for 3 months of no sky as they wouldn’t suspend my account. If I was off work, it would get covered. #joke

@a__merrett @SkyHelpTeam You get nothing unless your service is down for 2 full days from when you report the issue. Even then it’s only around £8 a day. This doesn’t count if it’s an intermittent service issue.
