Fuming with @SkyHelpTeam , ringing me at 19:00 to cancel my installation for my engineers calling in sick. Even after making me pay for my subscription for 3 months of no sky as they wouldn’t suspend my account. If I was off work, it would get covered. #joke

@LiamT85 @SkyHelpTeam This has been happening for ages. Make sure TV firmware is updated and then switch both TV and Q box off at the mains. Sky Q has intermittent handshake issues and doesn’t always play nice with the HDCP 2.2 requirement. It happens to me 2-3 times a year.
