Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

Switched provider and within literally 30 seconds received a text from them offering me a 50% reduction. Scum company. I’ll never give them another penny

Recently I discovered that she was still paying for the package including Sky Sports, which she had never watched once since he died. I rang Sky with her and they insisted she should give the 30 days notice to cancel it!
