@David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

@skytv broadband down yet again. @SkyHelpTeam also an increase added to upcoming bills. Yet your services are down twice in under a week. A contract works both ways. Maybe time to switch....

@SkyHelpTeam Any sort of update about the Internet I've looked online it says no issues? Then it changes and says the outage could be for days!! I've got an important exam to sit and need to know what is going on! Paying for a service I can't use!!
