@skytv broadband down yet again. @SkyHelpTeam also an increase added to upcoming bills. Yet your services are down twice in under a week. A contract works both ways. Maybe time to switch....

@matty_odonoghue Other issue is Sky equipment is set up so broadband dies you own WiFi dies. So my Disabled Wife unable to use voice control lights,or adjust heating on her support bed or the hive heating. Yes you can't get online but WiFi should stay up for these inhome devices. @SkyHelpTeam

My sky broadband is down FFS, when my step son just started a new job from home. It’s bad enough when it’s working (only in some parts of the house) Time to change providers, had 2 years of poor service. Even with booster add-on its poor. Come on Sky @SkyHelpTeam @moedybluz

@SkyHelpTeam a lot of people in the Southampton area saying their broadband is down so I’m thinking it must be a wide spread issue but I have just seen you mentioned to one that you aren’t aware of any faults? I’ve been running checks since 9:30am, its definitely not working!

@a__merrett @SkyHelpTeam Same and poor that we have to have to pay for alternatives to be able to work. Things happen but lack of transparency on what the issue is and estimated Fix time is frustrating.. what’s more annoying is seeing the adverts last night and today talking about how great the Sky BB is
