    @SkyHelpTeam What is the technical teams contact number? I wasted nearly 2 hours the other day on the phone to them and it's still not resolved. I'm currently being charged for a service that you can't provide.

    @SkyUK What a shambles your customer services are. Charged us £190 for non return of STB’s and yet we are a current customer. Said you’d call me back and surprise no call. Now going to take 3-5 for a refund. #Disgusting #poorcustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I go about cancelling my broadband as moving house. Have spent the last two weeks trying to call but give up after 30 plus minutes on hold!!!!! Chat service doesn't help much either
