@grawl_uk @SkyHelpTeam It is funny how people lose their **** because they can't get online for a few hours. Everyone also seems to expect grade A business class service when they all signed up to the best value deal available. Most contracts have 48 hour fix windows included.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm in North London and no broadband intermittently since 5pm and not at all since 8.30pm. Your service is terrible at the best of times but this is worse during a holiday during a pandemic.
