@SkyHelpTeam Yes, as previously stated, i have run through all the troubleshooting. This is a consistent issue, happening multiple times where the only way I can fix it is to unplug the router and then restart it. Getting ridiculous considering the price we pay

@SkyHelpTeam The advisor I spoke with took some discussion to understand the issue I was having as I rang from another Sky Mobile but he did understand and we got there so I'm hopeful I will hear from the team and get this issue sorted soon.

@SkyUK my sky tv has been showing no satellite signal for the past 12 days. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!
