    @skytv broadband down yet again. @SkyHelpTeam also an increase added to upcoming bills. Yet your services are down twice in under a week. A contract works both ways. Maybe time to switch....

    @David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky q box not connecting to router though all other devices can. Have had sky for 1 month after previously having Virgin media for 2 years and I'm already on my second box, honestly the most unreliable service ever!!

    @kathie57 @SkyHelpTeam Sorry to hear you’ve somehow been left disabled by Openreach’s planned maintenance of either their whole or just Sky’s network. No idea what you’re talking about your heating for, flick it on with the switch like everyone else
