    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely appalling services. You keep telling us that the problem has been resolved when it hasn’t. You then tell us to reset our router which does not work. It’s clear that you are doing nothing to sort this out. Stop lying to everyone and instead fix the damn problem

    @SkyHelpTeam Not really, no! There has been an "issue" since Saturday. What is so annoying is there is NO communication from you. Even your call centre people don't know what is happening. Hundreds of households are affected and unable to work/home school😡 what is the "issue"??

    @SkyHelpTeam I live in a flat my front room is about 6 metres from the router, It shows 2 bars constantly on my wifi signal, Netflix won’t load half the time, I can’t play any online gaming because it freezes and also disconnects from my Alexa because of poor connection.. awful!

    @flowersofmyself @SkyUK Ours is working but it could be an issue further down the line. Have you run the diagnostics to see if tells you anything ?
