@David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

@skytv broadband down yet again. @SkyHelpTeam also an increase added to upcoming bills. Yet your services are down twice in under a week. A contract works both ways. Maybe time to switch....

@SkyUK B97/B98 have been without internet since 8am on Friday 29th. Apart from one text yesterday morning telling us this (like we didn’t know) nobody has heard anything from you! Please update your customers. It’s clearly a major problem so tell us!

@SkyUK It’s been very nearly 24hrs with no broadband. One update at 08.30 yesterday. Surely (hopefully) by now you know what the issue is and how long it’ll take to fix??? Redditch area.
