@SkyHelpTeam That’s not really acceptable. It appears you undertook this contract knowing you could not execute it & misled me three days before the appointment as to what would be done on the day. I have cancelled my previous provider & now face loss of service.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes we’ll thanks for that but that didn’t help whatsoever. Everything you agreed on the half hour call I had (at my expense) hasn’t been implemented. So I’ve cancelled my direct debit and will wait for you to CALL me to resolve.
