    @SkyUK after over 21 years a diamond customer and prices being unrealistic to renew ive taken the difficult decision to serve notice today. Its a real shame sky cannot look after their loyal customers. Anyone recommend alternative?

    @SkyHelpTeam wickford area without mobile signal for 3 weeks due to mast being out of order. Nothing from sky just 1+ waits for customer 'service'. They have taken full payment for this down time.
