@discoveryplusUK @SkyHelpTeam the discovery+ app has just updated on my sky glass tv and all of a sudden I’m getting adverts. Never had ads on discovery+ before… what is going on? I also pay for sky ad skipping.

1 hour & 18 minutes on to @SkyUK just to change my address and sort out Sky Glass. Passed around 7 different departments and can barely understand what anyone is saying. Worst customer service ever….. 0 out of 10. 👍🏼
