@David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

@_arsenalkenya @SkySports Not really. Me as not gooner can see Martinelli ain't do well when starter as Winger. All he does was running back and forth and back pass. He got score twice in a week due to playing forward with need someone feed to him. Otherwise he won't score or even help team.

@SkyUK Your customer service used to be excellent. Now it is a nightmare: 4 months + to get Sky TV and broadband working. More than 10 phone calls. Probably 6+ hours and counting on the phone. Mistakes and incompetence at every turn. How do you run a business like this?
