@skytv broadband down yet again. @SkyHelpTeam also an increase added to upcoming bills. Yet your services are down twice in under a week. A contract works both ways. Maybe time to switch....

Recently got a new router from @SkyUK and I don’t think our internet has been so ****. Dropping out constantly and only some devices connecting. God knows what their Boost is either, clearly a waste of money.
