    @skytv broadband down yet again. @SkyHelpTeam also an increase added to upcoming bills. Yet your services are down twice in under a week. A contract works both ways. Maybe time to switch....

    @David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

    @SkyUK Sky must have the worst customer service. I ring and ask for an upgrade and I get put straight through to somebody within seconds. Ring again to find out about lowering my bill because my contract has expired and put hold for 40 minutes and still counting... Absolute joke

    @SkyHelpTeam existing Sky TV & BB customer for 20yrs+. Now trying to purchase phones & set up Sky Mobile plan but your credit check facility has been inaccessible (your issue according to error message) since Tue. What on earth is going on cos u must be losing loads of business?
