@SkyHelpTeam can somebody please explain why a £10 broadband admin fee has suddenly appeared on my bill under extra charges? Under the drop down box that says why is this charge here? There is a blank page. Not helpful!

@SkyHelpTeam Any update as to when the Norwich outage will likely be rectified….been at least 3 hours now…makes it a bit difficult to work from home!
