@David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

@skytv broadband down yet again. @SkyHelpTeam also an increase added to upcoming bills. Yet your services are down twice in under a week. A contract works both ways. Maybe time to switch....

@SkyUK just called to change my direct debit payment date to be told I can’t because I’ve already changed it this month. I can assure you I haven’t! You’ve put me in a situation where I have to pay my bill before I get paid. Customer service on your phones are not helpful at all!
