@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Unfortunately, Sky isn't right 4me. However, if your boxes were as excellent as your customer service, I'd be staying. You've all, on here & on the phone, been v helpful, even when I cancelled. When I cancelled @virginmedia , their staff were INCREDIBLY rude!
