@David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

@skytv broadband down yet again. @SkyHelpTeam also an increase added to upcoming bills. Yet your services are down twice in under a week. A contract works both ways. Maybe time to switch....

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony, thanks so much for your swift reply. Sky TV says, “You can’t watch TV at the moment as there is a connectivity problem.” Also unable to access recordings or Catch Up TV. Have tried rebooting but still not connecting.
