@SkyHelpTeam The only option seems to be to phone up and sit in a queue (again) - and at my cost, since I'm no longer a Sky customer. Is there an email address, or some other method which isn't going to cause me expense to rectify Sky's mistake?

@SkyHelpTeam I left Sky as of 24 May - but you still billed me for June. Called up, and was told it was normal to bill ex-customers (although I thought it should be far from normal!), and that I'd get a refund. Here we are in July, and I've not received a refund. Can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam 2/2 it shows that numerous people have had issues on various platforms on sky go. Honestly can’t compute how turning the router off and on again (which I’ve tried) can help a Sky centric issue?

@SkyHelpTeam In the tech trade this is known as a “fob off”. I’d love for you to explain how an issue that is only experienced on sky go but hardware plays other services without an issue be connected to the router? The page in question relates to a sky router. Looking on the sky community
