    @skytv broadband down yet again. @SkyHelpTeam also an increase added to upcoming bills. Yet your services are down twice in under a week. A contract works both ways. Maybe time to switch....

    @SkyHelpTeam @WilliamsJosh9 @SkyHelpTeam I have also been in discussion with you this morning and been advised the engineer coming to my house on Monday will investigate the problem. This issue is postcode wide. Please escalate this as clearly an engineer coming to my house will not fix the problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam Really? I never thought of doing that. I’ve called @SkyUK EVERY SINGLE DAY, including yesterday when I was told someone would call me back and they didn’t. Every day I get fobbed off and told will be fixed in either 24 or 48 hours, and then it isn’t. Nobody likes being lied to.
