    @8gzd8k76nM @_Levvelz @SkyHelpTeam It is one party’s fault for setting an expectation that they then didn’t and can’t deliver on. A customer is not at fault for false promises being made and has every right to switch to a new CP who may, while providing the same connection, provide a better customer experience.

The main issue is that the service isn't live - no amount of an agent saying sorry when

    @TheAshMorgan @_Levvelz @SkyHelpTeam Sky don't get paid by till the service is live, therefore they lose out. OR have to pay Auto-Comp as per Ofcom regulation if they provision a service after its confirmed install date, therefore they lose out. The customer gets pissed that their service isn't line, they lose out

    @_Levvelz @SkyHelpTeam So you've got an ONT installed inside? If not even if there is an FTTP cable to the outside of the property it may not be fully connected to the exchange. Either way my point is valid, every CP relies on OR so you'll have the exact same issue if its a bottle neck
