@SkyHelpTeam new sky puck issues stream set up on checking status for 15 mins, then moves to updating software and stays at 0%, then fails. Done all the reset options advised online… Can you fix remotely?

@SkyHelpTeam Wouldn’t it need to have been scheduled at some point to be able to reschedule? Like I said, I called yesterday and received no help at all, advisor told me Openreach deal with it so he couldn’t give me any info. Will I get the same again if I call today?
