@David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s working fine now. It’s at night and when I test the line it doesn’t work because the internet doesn’t work. When the internet goes down I get a message on my phone saying your internet has been dropped and tries to reconnect but fails to do so.

@SkyHelpTeam Unless that’s a 24 hour help line, that’s no use to me. It happens at night after 10pm and worked again in the morning without fail. So the issue is either with sky or the line which I can’t fix. I’m done with sky. No only do you rip people off, you treat them like idiots.

@SkyHelpTeam I can't access certain websites as my settings have changed to U18?! Help team have told me I can't change this without providing credit card details. I don't use credit cards how can this be resolved please? #ofcom
