  @SkyUK Really disappointed that myself and 20 of my neighbours have been trying to resolve a broadband issue for over 3 weeks. We are now in a position where none of us have any broadband whatsoever, resulting in paying extra for data through our mobile phone providers. #sky

  @SkyUK finally, after 14 weeks and 4 “engineer” visits I have a fully functioning Sky TV system. Still waiting for “promised” callbacks from managers. What terrible customer service. #skydontcare
