@SkyHelpTeam I'm having constant problems streaming 4k shows on netflix. When I do a speed test it's averaging 25-30mbps which is below the minimum agreed in my contract. How can you resolve this for me?

Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

It’s actually pathetic how much @SkySports are going after footballers here with following covid guidelines! There in bubbles & the amount of cases in football have been limited. Bigger issues than focusing on celebrations etc. If it’s that much of an issue why are they playing?
