@SkyHelpTeam I'm having constant problems streaming 4k shows on netflix. When I do a speed test it's averaging 25-30mbps which is below the minimum agreed in my contract. How can you resolve this for me?

@SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

@SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

Dreaded email from @SkyHelpTeam for £84 per year increase. I needed a get out for the BB so perfect opportunity to cancel. BT is expensive but it works. Cause I can’t even use the sonos on wifi atm and when streaming, we get buffering
