Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

@SkyUK hi I’m having sound issues on most of your channels, audio cuts out every 60 seconds for a second this is spoiling watching movies and live sport, this has been going on since August, I have reset all the equipment (I.e turn on / off) but no joy please advise how to fix.

@Ner1sa @SkyHelpTeam Almost as if Sky have those green ticks fixed to stop people getting irate at their continually awful service. This is the second complete outage in a matter of weeks, and the "sky help" team do anything except "help", rarely knowing what is going on. Really bad.

@DarrenDaly23 @SkySports That's true but the traditional big team's Arsenal, United have had big gaps of not winning the league and then the two plastic club's also. Liverpool have had two awful unacceptable game's against City and villa.

@SkySports Hahahahaha We never have been title contenders this season, to be a title contender you need to be consistent. Spurs, Everton, Southampton, they all spent time up at the top of the league yet never called title contenders or 'bottled' it when they dropped down.
