@SkyHelpTeam I don’t really want to put a complaint in, there isn’t any need because whether I do that or not, it’s not going to fix my sky at the moment. They know the issue and what to do, it’s just waiting for weeks to get an engineer here due to Covid 😞

@OpenreachHelp my internet has been down 7 days running now. I’ve been on the phone everyday to @SkyHelpTeam to try to get you to fix it. All you do is make excuses and do nothing. I will be making a formal complaint against you once you get someone round to fix it 😡

@SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

@msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

My sky tv has gone off 10 times in 5 minutes and it does this every single day up to 30-40 times a day and has done for 3 months. Yet I can’t get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK Unfortunately Sky couldn’t get me anywhere near this £24 package. Reduced my package to the basic at £15 after 23 years as a so called “VIP” customer. Worse, my package was cancelled in 2 days of my call with @SkyUK but they still took December and January full previous payment?

@SkyUK hold on is this fiber optic i bet it is not so can not be super fast i have fibre optic and get up to 80 mps download but up the road from Gigaclear they get 150 mps. And they are not allowed by BT to come down here for some reason

@SkyHelpTeam ordered a new hub 7dec told it was being delivered 9 dec booked day off work nothing turned up spoke to your call centre 4 times no one knows where delivery is not to confident in sky at the moment maybe need to cancel??
