@msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t really want to put a complaint in, there isn’t any need because whether I do that or not, it’s not going to fix my sky at the moment. They know the issue and what to do, it’s just waiting for weeks to get an engineer here due to Covid 😞

@SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

@SkyHelpTeam I have and we’ve done everything and it’s still not working. They said I need my main box hardwired into the booster which they can’t do until engineers are allowed in the house. They knocked £10 off my bill for the next two months but...

My sky tv has gone off 10 times in 5 minutes and it does this every single day up to 30-40 times a day and has done for 3 months. Yet I can’t get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Royal Mail has a linear ‘help’ path that genuinely made no logical sense online. No route was evident fir non delivery at all. Working people do not have time to sit for hours mothering a service that years ago one would have spoken to a knowledgable individual about.

@skyhelpteam The Commonwealth Games closing ceremony has overrun and the Sky EPG has not updated meaning the end has been cut for people who have recorded it. The person who failed to update it should be sacked. You need to track down and explain why this has happened. Useless.

@SkyHelpTeam has sky glass approx 2 months horrendous piece of equipment, hardly a day goes by when it stops working, WiFi awful too! Just been threatened with charges for not returning sky q equipment when the promised packaging and return instructions never arrived !
