@SkyUK when will you decide to contact a interested new customer who has requested a callback with the blue light app. We advised the request on Saturday for 2pm it’s now Monday and you haven’t even bothered to call. You are a complete joke. How can you expect to get custom.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, not looking to cancel, just disappointed I had to pay a £40 ‘set up cost’ when if I’d ordered a week later I wouldn’t have been charged. Service is good, and cancelling won’t get me that money back. Just though on good faith you might honour the deal

@SkyHelpTeam I spent almost two hours on ‘help’ 7 different people none of who seemed able to help. When I got to no.6 and was told I was being transferred again I burst into tears - the CS operator curtly suggested taking a minute to ‘get myself together’ then transferred me they cut me off!

@SkyHelpTeam Tried it the other day. Had an engineer drop by Thursday as well, they couldn't find anything wrong with the connection at the time or a problem with the devices being used. They replaced the socket with something more reliable, but it's still dropping.
