@SkyUK hi I’m having sound issues on most of your channels, audio cuts out every 60 seconds for a second this is spoiling watching movies and live sport, this has been going on since August, I have reset all the equipment (I.e turn on / off) but no joy please advise how to fix.

@SkyUK when will you decide to contact a interested new customer who has requested a callback with the blue light app. We advised the request on Saturday for 2pm it’s now Monday and you haven’t even bothered to call. You are a complete joke. How can you expect to get custom.

@SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

@SkyHelpTeam Wtf @rte the Saturday game on rte2 turned off as the next programme aparrently isn't available in my region. The Saturday game is now in overtime so running over and you switched it off!!!!!!!!!!! Surely you have to account for games going into overtime. 🤬🤯
