@SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm having constant problems streaming 4k shows on netflix. When I do a speed test it's averaging 25-30mbps which is below the minimum agreed in my contract. How can you resolve this for me?

Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam who can I speak to rectify an issue? Trying to get hold of a manager is like pulling teeth!!! Inlaws had sky fitted on 26th Feb TV and phone line all okay, but issue with broadband. 7hrs on phone to sort and now phone line not working either 😡

@Katie07922988 @SkyUK I'm also out of work due to Covid, explained extensively to Sky and we agreed on £45.50 a month (£45 was my upper upper limit and I even told the live chat advisor that I'd have to cancel other direct debits before proceeding). Bill comes in at £70 and no one can help me.
