@SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to an expert on Friday about my broadband problem, they said an engineer has been booked to look at this external fault with the phone line & it would take 1 to 3 days, it has now been 3 days & I Still Don’t Have Internet! What Is Happening!?
