@SkyUK your internet is the ******* worse, lost count the times I’ve had issues with this and your troubleshoot is to reset the internet etc, it doesn’t ******* work, new router same ****. Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

@SkyHelpTeam How do I let you know that I am a key worker and my broadband issue is a real problem. I’ve run diagnostics and it says external issue. I’ve booked an engineer. However the text couldn’t guarantee it will be sorted quickly, and but you are prioritising key workers.

@SkyUK @arkimde_ We apply auto compensation if a fault causing full loss of broadband service has not been resolved after 2 working days - seriously? This is the level when you issue compensation to people who have no sky broadband or tv? That is a joke!
