  • Varcs Paul Varcoe (@Varcs) reported from Odiham, England

@SkyHelpTeam I have been on the phone for an hour. It doesn't work and they have called an engineer for tomorrow. Not happy. 24 hours no work and no home schooling possible.

  • _lucasglory Lucas_Glory (@_lucasglory) reported from Reading, England

@SkyHelpTeam how can I be using iPhone 12 but have never seen the 5G on my phone always just 4G and 3G but yet you charge stupidly for data?

  • ScottElliott10 Scott Elliott (@ScottElliott10) reported from Thatcham, England

@SkyHelpTeam Loss of connection means no TV without aerial. Contended or slow connection will mean jittery poor quality connection or waiting for it to buffer.

  • paulhavard Paul Havard (@paulhavard) reported from Tadley, England

What is the point of buying @SkySports especially @SkyFootball when there's **** all football ever on? 👎🏻

  • doydoy64 Dave (@doydoy64) reported from Reading, England

@SkyHelpTeam For the last few days our broadband has ranged between incredibly slow, flaky and completely non existent. This has continued notwithstanding all the lights being lit up on the router. Advice/comments/help would be much appreciated please.

  • bhogle_rohan Rohan Bhogle (@bhogle_rohan) reported from Reading, England

@SkyUK Internet not working since last 2 weeks, @OpenreachHelp engineer was appointed, he mentioned an issue with router. Sky posted new router, issue is not sorted with the new one. No response on calls from @SkyUK, WFH has been massively impacted 😢pls hlp

  • MattBaileyUK Matt Bailey (@MattBaileyUK) reported from Old Basing and Lychpit, England

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been out since midnight, Sky checking tool says there's an outage in our area, but has no details - is there any way to see more (maybe an ETA)? Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

  • wolfdragon76 GODOFTHUNDER (@wolfdragon76) reported from Thatcham, England

@SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why your “help & support” team; are not open right now?

  • rubbatiti karsh davey (@rubbatiti) reported from Thatcham, England

@indiejungle @SkySports WSL games are on the red button which even my mum can get on her TV. And to be fair that's as good as can be expected as the standard is poor. Any shot on target has a reasonable chance of going in because of the standard of goalkeeping. As per the spurs keeper yesterday

  • rubbatiti karsh davey (@rubbatiti) reported from Thatcham, England

@ChrismanSpurs The worst kind of awful. What on earth is going on at @SkySports?

  • slove406 Stephen (@slove406) reported from Newbury, England

@SkyHelpTeam Have already tried all this several times and still no joy, the problem looks like it’s to do with the line itself not the equipment.

  • matthew_ripton Matthew Ripton (@matthew_ripton) reported from Basingstoke, England

@SkyHelpTeam I’m speaking with sky technical most days, they cannot tell me when it will be fixed. However after one month of broken broadband I can leave my contract with sky. That’s really not helpful ! I expect the service fixed.

  • matthew_ripton Matthew Ripton (@matthew_ripton) reported from Basingstoke, England

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just had to spend £33 on extra data for kids phones to do homework due to constant broadband dropping due to outages. This is week three!!! Thanks Sky, maybe you should be shouting at BT open reach to fix the problem so we can work at home #frustrated

  • scuzz49 James Scully (@scuzz49) reported from Barton Stacey, England

@RobinBa34175306 @SkySports One of the worst defences? Were they brilliant? No. But one of the worst? Talking ****

  • LancashireRob Rob 🏳️‍🌈🌹✨ (@LancashireRob) reported from Reading, England

@SkyHelpTeam having constant internet issues this morning. Keep losing connection. Any issues in the Berkshire area?

  • TheTomothy Tom Hogan (@TheTomothy) reported from Basingstoke, England

@virginmedia better have a good explanation for this but likely this will never be answered and all my years of bills and loyalty mean absolutely sod all. @bt_uk and @SkyHelpTeam Any good deals on broadband? And can you promise you wont vandalise my home & connection randomly?

  • rubbatiti karsh davey (@rubbatiti) reported from Thatcham, England

@MrJJuK @SkySports @SkySportsNews 100%. They can employ someone to do that. Block them, report them to twitter /Instagram/ police. They would have at least done their bit. Instead, it's sound bites. "we are against online abuse". Unless you are an idiot we all are

  • slove406 Stephen (@slove406) reported from Newbury, England

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, like I’ve already said I don’t have the account details so can’t check connection. I have tried all of the simple troubleshooting steps and is still not working. We have had a sky broadband connection for nearly a year with no problems.

  • _lucasglory Lucas_Glory (@_lucasglory) reported from Reading, England

@SkyUK you have the sh*t network across UK but charge stupidly for data can you explain why? How can I be using iPhone 12 but have never seen 5G on my phone always 4G and 3G?

  • angryatcoop Sam (@angryatcoop) reported from Basingstoke, England

@SkyHelpTeam This hasn’t helped at all my problem is not even an option.

Sky Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JStubbs1992 Jay (@JStubbs1992) reported

@SkySportsPL @SkySports VAR is a problem, the financial disparities are a problem but what's really pissing me off is the refs supplementing VAR by rewriting and interpreting football rules in a legal and contractual manner. Instead of common sense, in the spirit of the game and on merit...

  • MosesMosesnmc N Moses💭 (@MosesMosesnmc) reported

@Hugos_There_ @SkySports And I’m suppose to believe you who has never played a competitive game Lmao

  • AVFC_AndyC Andy Clarke (@AVFC_AndyC) reported

@SkySportsPL @SkySports Surely red should have been for Chilwell for endangering an opponent. Could have broken Balbuena's ankle!

  • brxwastaken CFCBradley (@brxwastaken) reported

@SkySports You clear the ball. If you leg goes near to the opposition you need to stop your leg. This whole "not a red" thing is basically saying he doesnt have control to stop his leg pressing down and also hitting chilly's leg

  • LMORUAKGOMO Lavesta Morua (@LMORUAKGOMO) reported

    @SkySports Bad refereeing decisions

  • Campbell2R Bob Campbell (@Campbell2R) reported

@SkySports Poor decision, yellow card to Chelsea pkayer for getting his leg in the way. VAR do one.

  • bannnished Bannnished (@bannnished) reported

@SkySports The problem is internet anonymity. It's NEEDS to be ended forever. The government's of the world need to come together and make this possible. Until that happens the internet will always have toxicity. Everyone will have to answer for their actions then. No more hiding

  • iamthemusicman2 PJ (@iamthemusicman2) reported

@MoyesyRob @SkySports Never a RED Card though. Yellow at worst. VAR is shocking and so are the REFS

  • MoyesyRob Rob Leightley (@MoyesyRob) reported

@Albertonza2 @SkySports Depends on how you kick the ball. If its a driven clearance, then toes down. If you are making a high clearance, curling it down the line, as he was, then your toes point upwards.

  • LettleyPelly One team MUFC(Hindsight Wonderful) (@LettleyPelly) reported

@SkySports Refs let players roll about feigning injury screaming booking the innocent players they get VAR wrong maybe it was the refs that were the problem all along
