@SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky engineer was out and fixed issue and said the @WeAreOpenreach engineer could’ve fixed issue no problem but made no effort,he said it’s a constant issue with them and could see myself he was more interested in getting away

@SkyUK Been a loyal sky customer for 15yrs. Moving homes and wanted to take them with me. I was told that I had to change my contract as the service I’m currently on is not available at my new home??? I also would be locked into a new 18 month contract. Not very nice.
