    @SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

    @rhinoboy79 @SkyUK I've never paid for new ones if there's been a fault. End of day if your paying for a service that your not getting properly then they need to do something about it

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband down again today. That’s the third time this week. Your just becoming so unreliable. Don’t bother directing me to the self testing I’m already aware. Neighbors down as well also on sky. Everything else on cul-de-sac ok.

    @SkyHelpTeam Its from the sky glass homepage, the tile that offers sky sports in uhd. It makes no odds how I access it doesn't work. Tried it all ways. Same result

    @WYSIW @SkyHelpTeam You are obviously not aware of how Apple works ! In the last 15 yrs or so I have had their goods I have never needed anyone to come out or gone to anyone Their help and support is available 24/7 and as they are all over the world it is never a problem !
