    @SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

    Fantastic, no live TV from @SkyUK on any of my channels due to technical fault, no known issues in my area, weather is good and my sky dish is fine. Out of ideas now. I've tried the website help :(

    @SkyHelpTeam They have advised and said it is not possible. Worst network I have ever had the non pleasure of having and can not wait for my contact to end. No help at all.
