@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@skyuk To be fair I have found a solution now, connected a screen mirroring adaptor to the Glass screen, connect your laptop then use Sky Go, the user interface is much better and the software works!!! Just shows what an utter fail your Sky Glass product is….

@alliWardlaw @SkyHelpTeam Yeah they suggested signing up to accessibility team, there doesn’t seem an online sign up process. You’d imagine the original installer would’ve noted that would’ve been applicable and marked them down for it.
