@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

@SkyUK Been trying to contact sky customer services all morning. Redirected to another number which cuts you off with an option to speak to someone. Just got through and now been put on hold without telling us we were being put on hold. So frustrating !!
