@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

Sunday night tv choices are that bad at the moment that I’ve had to resort to watching football on Pick TV. On the plus side, at least I’m not getting robbed by @SkyUK to watch this tosh.

@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@KieranMaguire Reducing the exorbitant costs of Sky TV subscriptions might reduce piracy as well. But I suppose that's not in the business model. This problem is largely one of their own making, and it is within their gift to ameliorate it too. But don't come crying to us @SkySports
