@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

@mickyjimscooby @SkyHelpTeam Yes we’ve done a line test….no obvious issues, except broadband keeps dropping out randomly! You need to sort this or we’ll go elsewhere
