@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

@SkyHelpTeam Can't access the mobile network. Even unable to make a phone call through my WiFi (Sky Broadband) calling. When is this going to be up and running. No landlines mean nobody and contact me in an emergency!!!!! #shambles
