We have had no internet or landline services since Thursday lunch time when someone came to connect our neighbours. After calling repeatedly we were meant to have an engineer today who never arrived. So now we are facing a working week without connection @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks rang them and engineer earliest can. Not really good as now be 4 days with no Internet minimum. And my multi box room doesn't work so paying for not just Internet we can't use but multi room box can't use. Not impressed at all
