    @SkyHelpTeam also I'm curious why your virtual assistant says it is closed, but on the very page that lead me there it says "sky's messaging service is available 9am - 7pm. 7 days a week..."

    @SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

    @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom @WhichUK useless messaging SkyHelp as they can’t actually do anything for you. So what’s the booody point of them. I just want my TV fully working. Been with Sky 8 years and you get treated like shit

    @SkyHelpTeam My subscription was entertainment, movies & sports. It was due for renewal this month. I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.

    Increasing #broadband costs while more people will be isolated and dependent on help from others whilst worrying where their money will be coming from doesn’t seem a particularly kind thing to do right now @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam No known issues result. 79 speed to the house but ANY device comes in at 3.3 tops. We've rebooted the hub. Still the same.

    I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

    Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

    @SkySports If players taking a knee bothers u more than Chauvin's knee did then u need 2 check your morals. Taking a knee was Kaepernick's gesture, within a sporting arena and predates BLM doing it. Plus there's no law that says u have 2 agree w BLM's policies to support their wider message

    @SkyHelpTeam diamond VIP, no tv since end of October! Help is appalling, 4 visits that have failed to turn up. Customer service is unacceptable and you are still taking my money. I will not let this go but I am cancelling
