By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

@SkyHelpTeam my phone appears to be able to make or receive any calls, I’m in Derby & have checked the online coverage checker which shows no issues. I can see that there’s lots of reports of an outage throughout the UK. Please fix ASAP as I’m chasing an insurance repair

So I'm now able to watch #Olympics #surfing because, as I'm a @SkySports customer with @Eurosport, I can get free access to @discoveryplus for a year, so that I can watch the Eurosport channel that is broadcasting the surfing (but not on sky)... without any audio. Fail.
