    @SkyHelpTeam No known issues result. 79 speed to the house but ANY device comes in at 3.3 tops. We've rebooted the hub. Still the same.

    What I want to know from @SkyHelpTeam is if they're aware of anything in my postal code that is an ongoing issue. #DE24 I'm not prepared to call in and sit in queues for generic answers I already know. The diagnostics are all good on the hub. Help?

    I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

    @SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

    @SkyHelpTeam My subscription was entertainment, movies & sports. It was due for renewal this month. I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.

    Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, for several days my SkyQ hub has had its network ports resetting "eth0 (Int switch port: 3) (Logical Port: 3) Link DOWN." All wired connections go down at this time. WiFi is also intermittent, I had reset the router several times but am still seeing the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been having issues all day with the internet (Horndean area). Constantly dropping out. I’ve done the line test twice, once said no issue, the next one, they were booking an engineer to come out! Trying to get help on the website is like going round in circles.
