    @SkyHelpTeam my bill has been increased by £20 per month as a discount has ended, I was lead to believe that the discount was for 18 months but it ended after 12. How do I make a complaint? I'm currently trying to get through to the cancellations team but waited 27mins already

    @SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

    @SkyHelpTeam Constant problems on sky glass when trying to watch sky sports football red button. At first thought WiFi issues and then remembered whole of sky glass is WiFi and no issues with anything else. Happened last two times I've tried to watch #ineedhelp

    @SkyHelpTeam So the internet goes down 4 weeks ago and your customers are just meant to sit there not knowing what is wrong, whether it’s something internally, when it will be fixed? That’s ridiculous. Maybe it needs to get fed back that that isn’t really acceptable customer service.

    Does anyone know how to open the remote for Sky Glass to change batteries ? @SkyHelpTeam did point me to help page it said laying it flat pull in opposite direction , have tried it doesn’t work! Why oh why the design is rubbish of the remote while the tv is great
