@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

@SkyHelpTeam my bill has been increased by £20 per month as a discount has ended, I was lead to believe that the discount was for 18 months but it ended after 12. How do I make a complaint? I'm currently trying to get through to the cancellations team but waited 27mins already

@SkyHelpTeam Track it, Get it installed, it works for 12 hours then it fails and continues to fail! You are told it cant be fixed without an Engineer who will be with you WEDNESDAY. I wouldn't track it, I would cancel it while you can! I have even tried to tweet these guys but no responce

@fuzzyhive @SkyHelpTeam Most likely that the wireless connection is being interfered with then it has to pass through the TV. Not likely a mew remote is going to fix that so you’ll have to move your Q box to a sensible position or go without that functionality

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband is down and following your tests it says an engineer needs to come out. On my sky account it says time and date TBC. How long can I expect to wait before someone comes to look at it? I work from home and currently cannot connect to the internet.
