    @SkyHelpTeam my bill has been increased by £20 per month as a discount has ended, I was lead to believe that the discount was for 18 months but it ended after 12. How do I make a complaint? I'm currently trying to get through to the cancellations team but waited 27mins already

    @SkySports It was tough they played well but taking off Jack Glealish I don’t get that at all he’s the only one that could get into there defence to cause a bit of trouble no wonder he looked a bit pissed as for the penalty I’m not sure about England must move on from this quickly

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I do. Also just looked and noticed even the online price is cheaper than what I paid for the basic (non fibre) when we signed up in Dec/Jan. Surely that's not right? It's a shame as everyone I dealt with for initial sign up issues were lovely - now feel like I've been misled.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we recently had an engineer out to fix our internet/line - he then found out we could finally upgrade to fibre and at a discount too - it was activated today and yet my bills are still at the old price (actually slightly higher) Any idea on what's happened?

    @SkyHelpTeam is there still an outage in Bolton BL2? I rang at 8am and was told there was, but I've just checked on the app and it says there are no problems in my area. There's a weak signal to my phone, and no internet to the router at all so no working sky q hub, and no wifi.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely no one seems to be able to refund me loss of service (2mnths) on my account. Been passed to 4 people now 1hr on the phone. Keep being sold stuff I don’t want!! Terrible service!!!

    So I cancel my @SkyUK TV package but keep my broadband and got told there 'will be no change' to speeds. The day the TV goes off, speed cuts by 1/3rd. Left it a week, but same story. Phone and they say 'nothing we can do'. Not changed anything in the house. Feels sus!

    @SkySports I've suffered with anxiety depression panic attacks for the last 10 years so too blame the man United fan base or the club is just stupid. Yeah social media don't help but what does the only thing you can do is carry on. Hoping for the best of health.
