    @SkyHelpTeam my bill has been increased by £20 per month as a discount has ended, I was lead to believe that the discount was for 18 months but it ended after 12. How do I make a complaint? I'm currently trying to get through to the cancellations team but waited 27mins already

    @SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

What is funny is the issue you are experiencing is either an in home WIFI issue (which is your problem) or its a line issue in which case when you move to a diff provider you'll have the same issue. Either way quite moaning

    @SkyHelpTeam I've a Sky Cinema sub and a paramount+ account on a sky q box. Only getting the spinning wheel when trying to watch a show, never actually get to watch something. No error message appears. Other streaming apps working normally.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have activated it via the sky page which redirects me to the Paramount page to set up an account. This site does not appear to be working, it won’t allow me to get past entering the full name and email address. This means I can’t create a password and login. It freezes up

    @SkyHelpTeam And one of your team recommended I buy a wifi dongle in the meantime ...... why should I be expected to pay for a dongle, when I'm paying for broadband ?? The experience I've had with your company so far is very poor and would not recommend sky to anyone.
