BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

And the playlist that replaces record is not good, if it ain’t in the agreement you cannot stream it back. Unlike record. Also the Freeview is only available if the wifi drops. Crap.
