    @SkyUK Your customer service is so consistently poor because you don’t listen, you give incorrect information, you try to sell things not compatible with my needs or property, you fail to do what you promise and this all ends up in hours and hours of calls to you, every time !

    @SkyUK Why is your customer service so consistently appalling!? 4 hours of calls over 2 days to try sort out yet another problem caused by yourselves! No call back yet again, false / incorrect information given and yes… I have to call you yet again tomorrow. Nothing changes!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @SkyHelpTeam @Tubie22 Sky came back to me and said there is an issue and they’re investigating as a matter of priority. Loads of people have the same issue this morning!

    Super disappointed with both @WeAreOpenreach and @SkyHelpTeam Had a broadband order in for nearly 2 months and Openreach still can’t get their act together to complete the necessary works! At this point, Sky you’ll be loosing a customer because of Openreach!

    @SkyUK appalling customer service. My upgrade to fibre has left me with no broadband after your engineer cut the copper and the fibre isn’t and hasn’t worked. I rely on broadband as I work from home and there has been no response or update from sky.

    @algregg @SkySports It’s not over reaction. Jota’s death is tragic..He died at only 28. He had his entire life and career ahead of him. Jota seemed like a really nice person and was an amazing footballer. Showing him love and respect is the least we can do. He is never coming back 💔
