@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I have formally asked for Sky Q to be removed after two frustrating months. It is unreliable and not fit for purpose. I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

@SkyHelpTeam I have and they have clearly identified there is an issue which required an OR engineer to attend yet again (3rd time), but we are now back at work rather than on holiday as we were last wk and I've been told the engineers only do Mon to Fri which means we need 2 take time off🤬
