@Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

@SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

@SkyHelpTeam @Ishrxq_ Woah, hang on, this can't be right. I have same problem, I always have UHD access on these channels. If I pay for UHD then I should get the UHD version of the channel I subscribe to. You can't just move UHD to a different channel to stop access to something I've paid for.

@SkyHelpTeam my elderly parents no longer need #Sky multiscreen but they have 4 months remaining on their contract. I called to cancel it but was told they need to pay £39.50 over the phone today. Seems odd that they need to pay up front. They will now wait until end of contract!

How big of a rebuilding job is Anthony Joshua’s brand, in 2023? AJ remains one of the UK’s biggest sports stars & is an outright 500k+ PPV draw. However SkySports was huge for his casual fan updates & ending that deal with back-to-back losses hasn’t gone down well in public.
