    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I have formally asked for Sky Q to be removed after two frustrating months. It is unreliable and not fit for purpose. I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

And that's fine, they can decide if they want to get vaccinated or not. No problem! Then you also have to live with the fact that you're gonna be left out of some stuff.

    @SkyHelpTeam Recognises issue abs booked engineer for tomorrow. However now recording outage in my area on the Sky service checker-but that just says sorry, you won’t be able to get on line not what is happening. As others are complaining too - sounds like a network issue so ?time for fix?

    @SkyHelpTeam As mentioned I have tried multiple times to contact your partner in this but they are not responding. Why are you not able to intervene and contact them on your customers behalf. it was your offer and your prize and I thought you were supposed to provide some sort of service
