@SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

@skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

@SkyUK terrible customer service. Modem broke - mis-sold us a package. Discounts promised and credits offered after 2hrs on the phone. None have come thru. In fact charged same bill and pay £51 more. Asked for paper bills for my dad, got email. Everyone - use another provider

@SkyHelpTeam how is it I'm fine to pay £50+ per month for 18 month tv package, yet 10 months later with no problems paying, I'm not ok for £10 per month for a budget phone?? I've got tv, fibre bb, and mobile contracts all due for renewal next year... maybe I should try VM02..🤔
