    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    @ukeaglesfan1 @SkyHelpTeam I despise Sky. Used to be with them when still living at mum's. Customer service non-existent and only have the customer base they have because of the exclusive football rights. They're terrible.

    Just wondering, @BT_UK or @virginmedia, would you do this to your customers? I currently have an issue with 39MPS broadband speed to my hub, but 1.65MPS to devices. The @skyhelpteam won’t help and referred me to the “Sky Community” 😠😩
