    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem has been ongoing since the launch of glass. We pay enough money for it so should be sorted out by now. I'm sure, like me, a lot of people are getting fed up of hearing you're aware of it without nothing getting sorted out or any discount being offer for inconvenience

    @SkyUK paying £115 a month for a shockingly poor service. Working from home with internet constantly dropping out. Just called to organise yet another engineer visit only to be cut off after 45 mins. Would not recommend if you are thinking of switching.
