@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle. Our Multi Screen connection is so poor again that I couldn't watch it at all yesterday. The screen kept freezing and it was completely unwatchable. Considering the amount it costs us each month, it's just not good enough.

@SkyHelpTeam RH12 issues??? We’ve had no internet since Sat. We understand it’s a telephone exchange issue, all providers affected. However you’re the only provider not offering updates. Poor service. And not one which is going to appeal to those looking for value and service.
