@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

@SkyHelpTeam It says there’s a local outage. It also says it’ll take a few days to fix whatever the issue is. I’ve already done the checks earlier when I got disconnected from an online server at around 1pm. That’s over 7 hours now.
