Dear @SkyUK Why, on your latest UI, does your on demand service not automatically download standard definition content if you do not have the HD package? I'm assuming this is so you can upsell to less tech savvy people by implying that they need to pay for HD to use on demand?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I’ve been on that generic help webpage but can’t see where I change specifically my postcode? There’s an option for moving home, however I’ve already gone through that when we moved home, it’s only now I can see that they entered the wrong postcode.
