    Having a terrible time with @SkyHelpTeam trying to sort out our TV package. Price agreed then £15pm added. No supervisor on Sat but keeps putting me on hold and then adjusting. 2 hours wasted. Then tells me I had an engineer booked for my old box today 30 yrs with Sky. Loyalty ?

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping at various points today, I have reset the router and ran the sky app tests it says no issues everytime! Your help desk is not open. I need broadband to be able to do my job

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to reinstate the Sky service after paying the bill. Bill has been paid in full and each time I click reinstate service it tells me an error has occurred. The contact number on the screen puts me through to the payment portal

Did you specifically hear Jannik Sinner say anything that you just asserted—as if you’re a part of his team? Clearly there were LOTS OF PROBLEMS after 2 3/4 completed sets. Fitness wasn’t discussed AT ALL?
