I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

We do not have Talk talk services because for some reason you could not provide them at our address. We have See The Light who did provide them. You are crooks. Ofcom even say you are worst ISP. You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. Please explain as due to pay my next DD to you on the 13th for internet.
