    @TalkTalk Since 10:00 on the phone with talk talk and Apple, then talk talk, then Apple ... it’s nobody’s fault but the internet still doesn’t work... interesting how support works 🤔

    @caspvr yh i know thats why I put the ( ) but I'll be getting my own line so I wont have a problem of other people being on it pretty sure aswell only BT have the Netflix problem never heard any1 on talktalk sky etc moan about it

    @TalkTalk I understand that you might have a problem for a day, or two, or three but for the whole month the internet is not working properly is a disgrace 😡

    A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

    @TalkTalk TERRIBLE customer service, raised issue in August, still not resolved, wasted over an hour on calls tonight & NO progress! Please resolve tomorrow or leaving after 15 years 🤬

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

    @TalkTalk your customer service is a joke my nan had has been on the phone 5-6 times for at least 4 hours the they struggle to understand the problem...all she wanted was a new t.v box surly that's not hard! been with you over 20 years

    @AdeleMarsh @TalkTalk @tristiaharrison It’s hard to believe that the technical department don’t open Sundays on the phone, I’m paying for a service I can’t use and the offer to sort DM wasted another hour of my time as told at the end of endless messages they can’t help with fibre.
