@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@AlihuttonPipes @virginmedia I had it for 10yrs+never an issue (had internet & tv) Yet, had NowTV, EE & TalkTalk in past couple yrs + OMG sooooo spotty!! (&…..mega SLOW!!) Meanwhile, up on Croft had virgin & BT; BT bn awful+virgin surprising! maybe it’s all about the areas & also the pre-existing tech 😵💫

@TalkTalk Spoke to 3 different technical support people from TalkTalk on Tuesday who ran line check and advised I needed to upgrade to fibre to fix problem. Doesn't explain why my neighbours who are with BT and have fibre are having same issue. @OpenreachHelp
