A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

@JayneKathryn Was Vennells actually appointed by Dido Harding?! TalkTalk, Cheltenham, NHS Track and Trace — everywhere she goes is a disaster waiting to happen, and with her eye for talent it's not hard to see why. Like Vennells, she's allowed to fail upwards because she's mates with Etonians.

@Ofcom Thank you. My husband is going through the formal complaints process now with @TalkTalk . We sent a complaint e-mail about a week ago and have had no response. We first raised this in October. It's infuriating.
