    @TalkTalk I do not appreciate talk talk putting add ons to my bill without informing me or asking me, after spending over 30mins on the phone to Paul in customer services he has assured me that I will be credited on my April bill, and the mistake rectified for the future, I hope

    @TalkTalk Still trying to. After calling and being told to call back in 2 hrs due to call centre problems I tried the online chat. This has been going on for 1 hr 7 mins so far!

    @TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

    @TalkTalk so frustrated lack of support and service. Customer in cooling of period. Now moving to @SkyUK but @talktalk talking rubbish. Even engineer told me they don’t know what they are going!!!!

    @TalkTalk We’re moving home and changing provider which is why I wanted to cancel the services. It shouldn’t take almost 90 mins to do that! 😡

    @TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

    @TalkTalk say to dm them to talk to but they don’t reply and even after my contract was cancelled on 2/11/21 they send me a bill, I’ve never had internet or phone line with them #badcustomerservice #fraud #creditfile @talktalk. They rob people of there money

    @TalkTalk what an absolute joke! I signed up in Oct went live on the 21st was promised by 2 people they would take over from bt now to bother contacting them didn't matter who's name it went in as it was the address they were taking over to now being told by @bt_uk they never

    Terrible service from @TalkTalk, I decide to upgrade my internet. Engineer arrived today, but the box that was sent down is faulty. 3 workings days to get a new one....with no internet...trying to work from home....😭

    My broadband connection with @TalkTalk died today @ 13h20, I contacted them & was told it would take 24→72 hours to fix. Their service over the last 17 months has been terrible. The last month has been good but the moment I'm happy with it... It vanishes & I'm left with nothing.
