Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! This problem was first reported by affected dial.pipex users on the TalkTalk "Community website shortly after it started at 10.00 last Friday. I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

Bit frustrating!
