@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

@TalkTalk Just wanted to let you know your technical support contact routes are ****. Automated sms routes to the website, which routes to sara bot. You must have some humans who can answer a phone maybe in India who could book an engineer.

@TalkTalk I've called the number and chose option to cancel and surprisingly a human answered within 25 seconds, I have given notice to cancel, here's hoping more clients do so and TTB is consigned to the dustbin of poor service and support providers. @bt_uk Hi 😜

Absolute terrible week of intermittent broadband service from @talktalk and tonight it went off at 7pm and hasn't come back on since. Awful service from @talktalk customer services. Paying for a service with no service. Welcome to Britain 2025 🙄
