Been trying to get this sorted since 18h00, first the phones kept me on hold until their 'hometime cut off' at 19h00, now zero help via their own alternative options. Time to switch providers ๐

My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. Iโm hoping my luck carries on, but you never know ๐ค
