@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

@TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

@TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

@sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

@carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk I ended up having to cancel the Plusnet order and went with Zen instead. Not that they were much better in the end as they weren’t able to do basic troubleshooting of congestion on their own network.

@carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk I had the opposite problem years ago - had a TalkTalk Business ADSL line to use as a backup and wanted to add a Plusnet FTTC line when leaving Virgin Media. Despite explicitly paying Plusnet to install a new line, they instead tried to take over the existing TalkTalk line!

@TalkTalk it's such a shame on your service. I have called multiple times to cancell my fibre net account without any success. Every timthey assure, cancel request is placed but next time when I call asking why I did not get any confirmation they say it's active

Here @TalkTalk How about you fix your Wi-Fi service you draft old pricks. 50 quid a month for **** that crashes every 3 seconds. I’ve got a better connection with my missing ******* father than I do with your ****** internet.
