    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    @TalkTalk wins the prize for having the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. My vulnerable mum moved a month ago & still has no telephone or broadband service. Hours of attempting to contact this company with no progress.

    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk please can you help. I have been trying to speak to someone all morning. I have elderly/vulnerable parents whose landline is not receiving calls. They have been asked to contact you with a reference id, but the call link provided does not work.

    @TalkTalk Wanted to let you know how appalling I find it that when my 85 year old mum contacts you as her landmine has an issue, you make her jump through hoops having to unscrew faceplate and do tests which she didn't know how to do before you would book a repair for her. 1/2
