    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk Learned yesterday that your Cust service advised my mum to take out a new 18 month contract and wouldn’t allow a simple name change after my dad passed , this the way you treat pensioners after their loss !!
