@sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

@irishayesha @TalkTalk It’s on them, they have to pay you £8 a day after 48hrs with no internet. Automatically happens in 30 days.. right result when my Now TV signal dropped.

@TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

@TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

@TalkTalk are you aware some of the agents you use are using misinformation to try and sell your products? Just been told because my router was black, I must be on the copper cables (I have Fiber65). And they'd never seen a speed test as low as mine "ever", it was normal range.

@TalkTalk After calling tonight and 3 calls calls later my what was slow internet speed is now completely disconnected so I have no internet connection and been told it will take 2-3 working days for a case manager to contact me very poor service I will be cancelling
