    Hey @talktalk you’ve got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Literally all of your contact options lead to dead ends. Don’t like to dig companies out but you deserve a special mention. I’ve been trying to get hold of you in every conceivable way for 2 hours now.

    Labour plan involves spending £20bn on rolling out a full fibre broadband network to all by 2020 - then providing free service to every home and business. But not clear where that leaves Virgin Media, TalkTalk etc

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @TalkTalk certainly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You don't even talk talk.. You simply send me round in circles on messages. A whole day spent trying to get a simple change made to my account details. Disgraceful

    @Lady_Colleen @TalkTalk Ugh. They are awful. Most complained about telecoms company in the country, I believe. I had to take them to the Ombudsman to stop them charging me for internet use at a flat where we were no longer resident & our PC was in storage. They are really crap at cancelling when asked.
