    Labour plan involves spending £20bn on rolling out a full fibre broadband network to all by 2020 - then providing free service to every home and business. But not clear where that leaves Virgin Media, TalkTalk etc

    @TalkTalk certainly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You don't even talk talk.. You simply send me round in circles on messages. A whole day spent trying to get a simple change made to my account details. Disgraceful

    Hey @talktalk you’ve got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Literally all of your contact options lead to dead ends. Don’t like to dig companies out but you deserve a special mention. I’ve been trying to get hold of you in every conceivable way for 2 hours now.

    Can anyone recommend a good internet service that doesn’t cost an obscene amount? @talktalk have jacked up their prices and they can sod right off if they think I’m paying nearly £50 for a crappy internet connection. I don’t even use the phone!

    @TalkTalk Our router is not responding, it went down last night so no Internet. For some unknown reason we received a brand new router from you a week ago, exactly the same as the one we have yet no communication from you as to why. Are we supposed to now use this one?
