    @TalkTalk wins the prize for having the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. My vulnerable mum moved a month ago & still has no telephone or broadband service. Hours of attempting to contact this company with no progress.

    @Suskat1 @TalkTalk Omg,!!! Worst customer service ever. Today i was on the phone for amost 2 hours. The assistant changed my new contract from 20.95 to ยฃ24.95. Is this legal?

    @lynnescarfe @TalkTalk You should NEVER have an email address linked either to your internet provider OR to your phone provider. Their email is just a loss making add on. Use one of the big email companies like Google or Microsoft. Make sure you use 2FA on every account.

    @CommunityFibre Hello, why can't i use IPTV services on your fibre network? I have talktalk and my streaming works, but with community fibre, it immediately goes to streaming error. Do you block these services?

    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didnโ€™t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. Itโ€™s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun ๐Ÿ™ƒ

    @TalkTalk If you can look at the Twitter chain and the message this is not something you can help with. I will be writing to your regulator as that is not an acceptable response to a complaint letter for leaving a vulnerable person without a service for 6 weeks.

    @TalkTalk Was on the phone to you for 3 hours yesterday on behalf of the account holder - was finally getting updated contract finalised with the retention team by going through Ts+Cs and then the line cut off and I've had no email confirmation. Can you help without me calling?
