@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

@mooramana @ClareEGabriel3 @TalkTalk I took out a contract with O2 for a mobile phone for my dad when he was in a care home, literally a couple of months before he died. Afterwards I asked if I could cancel it. They said no so I had to keep paying for it for a year.
