@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

@TalkTalk I have already called, and despite asking to speak to a.mamager, I was told that TalkTalk will NOT initiative a repair to a known fault which is affecting an elderly person, until she contacts you to verify that I am speaking on her behalf. If you know there's a fault, fix it!

Never use @TalkTalk. They have the worst customer service and make it almost impossible to cancel when you need to (for me I moved flat). Because of their incompetence and miscommunication I'm being charged for an additional 2 months I haven't used...

@TalkTalk It takes forever to get through to them and then the connection is really bad. I had them put me on hold and hang up on me more than once. Terrible service and make it so difficult, such a waste of my time.
