    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @TalkTalk this is the worst experience I had with internet service would be getting 30-40mb qnd I’m getting 1mb, they don’t pick up the phone, and when talking through chat they said they would get me an engineer but never replied again

    @TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone for over 40 mins. Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. Shouldn’t be this difficult for a customer (1)

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk I pay for the fastest possible Internet with the boost and still my Internet is dropping off or going extremely slow. Was fine when I first joined but after the "honeymoon" period (a few months) you start slowing us down. Its a joke

    @TalkTalk @MAridegbe @TalkTalk I have this same issue. any chance of any help? Your online chat is continuously busy and no phone contact facility. Option to renew my account but no way to cancel it, only a message to say don't cancel your direct debit. What do you expect will happen?

    @TalkTalk is an absolutely atrocious company. Awful service, awful customer and should be avoided at all costs. Just look at all their recent tweets to see the absolute terrible service they have been providing. Or rather, failing to provide at all. Completely useless.

    @TalkTalk My broadband speed has been ridiculously slow for weeks and shuts down altogether at least 5x a day. Getting very tired of your incredibly bad service and counting the days till my contract with you ends. PS Don't get one of your bots to reply, I've had it with them!
