    @TalkTalk Absolutely terrible service from TalkTalk! Despite assurances that my 85year old mum would not be left without a phone line, they have disconnected the service today! She needs this for medical emergencies and is a vital service for her.

    @loulouhope @TalkTalk Getting ghosted on the Twitter DMs too and they close at 22h00. Been trying to get this sorted since 18h00, first the phones kept me on hold until their 'hometime cut off' at 19h00, now zero help via their own alternative options. Time to switch providers ๐Ÿ˜‘

    @TalkTalk I have tried this before @TalkTalk useless. I have also sent a recorded delivery letter of complaint, no response so will be going to the regulator soon.

    @prithyyy @TalkTalk Talktalk are quite possibly the worst internet provider out there! Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. Absolutely horrific and I am going to make sure I warn as many as possible!

    @TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

    @TalkTalk If you can look at the Twitter chain and the message this is not something you can help with. I will be writing to your regulator as that is not an acceptable response to a complaint letter for leaving a vulnerable person without a service for 6 weeks.

    @RDodsworth1 @TalkTalk Thanks Rebecca, I changed accounts 9 months ago, yet still even after an Ofcom complaint was upheld, they are still coming after her. I have a full audit trail, so if they want to take her to court, they will lose.

    @CommunityFibre Hello, why can't i use IPTV services on your fibre network? I have talktalk and my streaming works, but with community fibre, it immediately goes to streaming error. Do you block these services?

    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didnโ€™t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. Itโ€™s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    Spent 2 hrs 20 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk. Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk my internet gone down and no service, when I call talk talk customer care service, itโ€™s asking me to raise request using online portal, tell me how can I do that without internet, Iโ€™m very patient but youโ€™re really touching my nerves
