@TalkTalk I’m literally done discussing this - I have wasted half a day today not to mention having to do 2 x 110 mile round trips driving over to my mother’s house to try and sort your errors out. (Losing 2 days earnings in the process) So as you can see, I’m pretty fed up with @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk it’s in my partner’s name, he’s been speaking with your customer service for 2hrs yesterday and another 2hrs today. they’ve told us there’s no service issue, which seeing the amount of people with outages i don’t believe. but we’ll see what the £40 engineer finds 🥲

Ongoing saga with @talktalk. A technician from #Openreach came today. Said everything was fine with the installation, except the router was not suitable for the new faster service. Oh well, here we go again.

@TalkTalk Hi.Been on the phone with customer services, they've literally said there's nothing they can do. I told them to escalate the complaint, they said they will but (after checking with a manager) all I'll get is a letter that says they can't do anything. So not sure you can help tbh?

@TalkTalk We find ourselves with intermittent internet connections again, as soon as the weather starts getting hot. My connection has randomly dropped at least ten times in the last 90 minutes... frustrating that after a year of issues nothing has changed.
