    So anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk again? I swear I go through this every couple of weeks. WiFi cutting out and being slow. And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

    @TalkTalk Appaulling customer service when things don’t work . Staff unhelpful , disingenuous and don’t listen . Misinformation , fobbing off -it will be mended in 24 hours - try 10 days . Shocking .and they wonder why customers switch providers !Unbelievable and unacceptable

    @TalkTalk Please can someone contact me about my vulnerable mother-in-law’s phone line which has been down for a week now. Nothing but automated bot texts. Very poor!

    Yet again @TalkTalk fail to deliver a commitment. Broadband due 15/01. Multiple calls and broken promises. Don’t use them!! Agreed call at 1pm today to resolve. Amended to Monday - little hope as they missed the last 2 #talktalkrubbish

    @ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

    @TalkTalk chatting to an agent on online for 1 hr 20 mins, re. my increased charges. Was at the point of sorting this out, when agents system went down. Advised that I should get in touch again in a few hours. Not a chance. I'm leaving you

    @TalkTalk day 3 without internet, still no idea when @OpenreachHelp will fix it. Est 48 hour fix, which is up now. Need it back as I WFH & for personal use.
