On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

(Losing 2 days earnings in the process) So as you can see, I’m pretty fed up with @TalkTalk
