@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

@TalkTalk Appaulling customer service when things don’t work . Staff unhelpful , disingenuous and don’t listen . Misinformation , fobbing off -it will be mended in 24 hours - try 10 days . Shocking .and they wonder why customers switch providers !Unbelievable and unacceptable

@TalkTalk Where is the notification of my compensation for waiting three weeks to be finally connected. Very quick to charge me for an ‘alleged’ missed engineer appointment- why would I be out having waited over two weeks?? Customer service is appalling - cannot wait to leave
