@TalkTalk it’s in my partner’s name, he’s been speaking with your customer service for 2hrs yesterday and another 2hrs today. they’ve told us there’s no service issue, which seeing the amount of people with outages i don’t believe. but we’ll see what the £40 engineer finds 🥲

So anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk again? I swear I go through this every couple of weeks. WiFi cutting out and being slow. And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

@TalkTalk Because your chat bot is god awful alongside the support representatives who haven't got a clue. try and ring to get help and the automated process there is frankly infuriating - go through a web of saying your postcode/mobile number 17 times to be told 'ok thanks hang up'

What is going on @TalkTalk I've got an email telling me my Full Fibre is now live! I've been a customer for years, nothing changed in years but now no internet connection! Green lights on wall flashing red on router!
