My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me.
