@matt40k What speed? I had to suffer with 36Meg Sky then TalkTalk as like many, there was only BT in the village, so were reliant on the BT Service. But that 36Meg was <=5Meg most of the time. Then a few years back Vodafone came into the village and I've had 76 Meg broadband ever since.

@bijalsanghani @TalkTalk I had nightmares with @TalkTalk when I lived in East London five years ago. It took ages for them to escalate the issue to their engineering. It was an ADSL DSLAM that had to be configured to support higher speeds. Good luck!

Jus' going to put this out there @TalkTalk are a truly awful Company. For a technology company they are quite shocking. Try to phone (cut off 4 times) sent a complaint they sent a link to chat (did not work) If anyone shorts the stock market I think they would be a good target

It is extremely worrying to read the negativity about @TalkTalk I've never known a company be in such a bad light. From personal experience, if I knew their customer service was as poor as it's been towards me, I'd have never got in to a contract with them. Customers come last
