    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    @Erudite4Unity @TalkTalk Nope. I had a similar problem with Sky. After a month( yes! ) we switched to Virgin and got a refund. Since moved house and now with BT- - hint. Openreach has a far better relationship with BT than anyone else. You are more likely to get a positive result if you switch to BT.

    @TalkTalk I set up a payment extension which was approve but my service hasn’t been restored yet & I really need my WiFi 😫 how long does this usually take? The last time I did it it was almost instant. Thanks :)

    Its an absolute joke!!! Now TalkTalk sent Debt Agency after me, saying I have to pay over £100. I tried to solve this issue by repeatedly calling TalkTalk. NOTHING HAD BEEN RESOLVED.

    @TalkTalk Thank you amanda for the offer. But it wont help at all. As you can see from the image, an engineer is looking into a fix for a problem at talktalks end. There are many many other customers with this same problem, mine started on Tuesday 5th.
