@TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

@TalkTalk it's been 31 days since my landline went rogue, calling random numbers including 999. Otherwise, it says the number you have been called hasn't been recognised. Contacted TalkTalk 3 times and no change. CEO was emailed, 48 hrs and no response. No surprise, terrible.

@TalkTalk You're not really they're to help, you're there passing customers to lines that aren't answered, to clueless call centres, Chat Lines that cant do anything but fob the customer off. More failed promises of call backs. 2 months and counting.

@TalkTalk Nobody is able to arrange call backs in TalkTalk it seems. I spent 45 mins on the call and was promised one and didnt get it. The next day 45 mins on the online chat, another promise, another failed promise. Your post says you are 'here to help' what help are you actually giving?

Cancellation of my account with TalkTalk. Suddenly the customer service found out that my account has not been activated and will be activated on 3rd March due to delays. None if this was communicated to me and not informed even when I called numerous times. The stress I have had
