@TalkTalk - so despite touching nothing I can receive NO aerial tv channels. All connections checked and rebooting makes no difference. Not the first time I have had issues with service.. Sort this out @talktalk or I suspend my payments to you.

@TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

@TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

@TalkTalk having problems with missing channels, particularly Freesports and BBC Four HD and Quest HD .Guide suggests channel retune but this doesn't help and neither does rebooting internet. Help please!

So @TalkTalk call again different person and I can get rid of the said parcel, address removed etc. 2 minutes later there is an enginer buzzing on my door to put in a ******* line. You could not make this **** up!

@TalkTalk Too late. Issues already known to TalkTalk. Not only affects myself - been affecting customers in Moray for months. Broadband outages & poor speeds, from Elgin, to Buckie & south into Aberdeenshire. Others were told it's a problem known to TalkTalk who refuse to deal with it.

@TalkTalk I may try again tomorrow I've already put a complaint in and had 2 separate checks on my set up. I had such reliable internet till you "accidentally" cut me off yesterday. Hasn't been the same since reconnection.

Do not take out a contract with @TalkTalk there customer service is poor. I have been out of contract for 6 years, have not received not one latter in the last 6 years or a paper bill which I have been paying for. Time to move to @BTBusiness @TalkTalkGroup disappointed

@TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph internet was deactivated on Fri 17 for nonpayment. I paid that day but my internet is still off. First I was told it would be on by the next day, then 3-5 days and today told it will take up to 7 days. Terrible service. My issue needs to be resolved now.
