    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV just clicked the link in your offer email by accident...surely there are some rules against signing someone up to an 18 month contract from one click in an email, not even a confirm button on the landing page. I’m sure you’ll have a few requests to cancel.

    Incredible timing from @TalkTalk My Broadband slows down just before my renewal date and they email me to say that I can upgrade to a faster connection for only a few £ more each month.

    @jam_face @TalkTalk They’re the worst. I disconnected my internet with them when I rented and they “lost all correspondence” and I was landed with a £150 bill after a year with no communication between to say why had I not paid my bill. Useless.

    @OpenreachHelp hoping you can help. I have been without internet since Friday. Our provider, @TalkTalk have confirmed that Openreach are due to come out to fix the issue. Can I speak with someone directly about when this is happening? I need broadband urgently for work!

    @Davina______ @TalkTalk Similar with Virgin. The first few weeks (or was it DAYS) fast service after switching to faster service and paying double as much (50£/month). Now appallingly slow , loading all the time and crashing/disconnecting. 🤮It’s a racket. All of them. I think I’ve tried them all-same.
