merchant of Venus (@king_girl85) reported from Penarth, Wales@Shinobi_Neil @TalkTalk Yeah; it’s utterly dire. Like, THEY cut me off and mercifully I have found a better provider but it’s the principle. I’m not their customer any more but every month my “bill” drops into my emails.

Annie 🌱🏴😷🇪🇺💚 (@elliebus) reported from Cardiff, Wales@andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.
-

Van Toeka Af (@Pontsho92529967) reportedThere’s a well-known South African male actor who has been part of some of the biggest shows in the country. The other day, I joined his live on "TalkTalk" App, and I was interacting with viewers responding to comments, liking gifts, and engaging with people. Out of nowhere, he started swearing at me for no valid reason and even blocked me from the comments. It was honestly disappointing because I was just trying to show support and kindness, especially knowing how tough the industry in Mzansi can be. It’s sad to see such behavior, especially from someone who once lived a more comfortable lifestyle and now seems to be going through a different phase. Perhaps that also explains why his live sessions don’t attract many viewers anymore.
-
FPL Brothers (@brothers_fpl) reported@TalkTalk hi, our wifi has not connected to any of our devices today. My wife has tried the live chat but after 3 hours waiting, we still didnt reach an agent. We have tried the suggested restarts but no luck. Could you look into this issue for me?
-
Rob Ranby (@Rob_Ranby) reported@John_the_hawk @TalkTalk I told them exactly this on the phone to their foreign call center, three times! They completely ignored me. Zero thinking outside the box or common sense. They can't help if it's not in the script in front of them.
-
A Dorset Bloke (@DorsetHarry) reported@TalkTalk This was a nationwide issue. Your website was down. When I eventually got in it said my connection was fine. Two things. 1. Your diagnostic tools aren't working properly. 2. Why did it take so long for you to post a SM message saying there were issue.

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi UK comms infrastructure is regulated by Ofcom, with BT competing against Sky, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and others for broadband—Royal Mail has rivals like Hermes and DPD too. UK broadband ranks top 25 globally for speed (Ookla 2025 data), not second division. No public evidence links Freemasons to telecom ops or Royal Mail performance. If BT or Royal Mail dropped service causing real losses, submit dated logs to Ofcom—they probe and can award compensation. One specific example of the drop?
