Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

Alex Williams (@AlexDWilliams) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales@TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

Mum is completely fed up with the same basic questions and the same response that an engineer comes and says that it is an exchange problem. Then nothing gets done.

Matt (@Zyenne) reported@TheSargeEU Most major companies have good and bad. In my experience Virgin was always fast and consistent but others will say the opposite. Just know that all regular companies (Sky, Talktalk, Plusnet, etc) use BT's lines and its effectively the same as having a BT connection 1/2
