It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! It returns to the login page over and over again asking a verification code which has been given. The chat service appears to have been disabled. I just despair with it.
