When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.

Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

Mum is completely fed up with the same basic questions and the same response that an engineer comes and says that it is an exchange problem. Then nothing gets done.

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.
