@TalkTalk is it really that difficult to talk to my old age pensioner parents to resolve their issues. They are now without a phone line and have cancelled with you but still getting contacts regarding issues connecting. But li and behold your engineer has cut their phone line

@TalkTalk They’ve tried to cancel as it was one disaster after another with your engineer but they still keep getting texts saying they are having trouble connecting them even though they have cancelled and they also cut the virgin phone line leaving them without a landline

@TalkTalk Why do you not pay the equivalent going pay rate for customer service agents in South Africa as in the United Kingdon... sounds like cheap labour. ( Average pay in UK is £22.5k )
