A #vulnerable #disabled #pensioners contract term ended 3 years ago, TT continue to overcharge £16 per month for unusable service. Total overcharge circa £600. Can’t get problem progressed with @OpenreachHelp @OpenreachHelp Can you send out an engineer to sort? We have jobs we need to do!
