They are now without a phone line and have cancelled with you but still getting contacts regarding issues connecting. But li and behold your engineer has cut their phone line

The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

After months of dispute they referred it a debt collectors, I spoke to them n they said ok we'll close the case.

Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. Craig (@escapeveloxity) reportedAnyone having issues with @TalkTalk - their DNS servers appear to be the issue. I got back online by manually changing the DNS in my router's settings. I used 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 - mostly because they're the ones I know off the top of my head!
