    @MFletchxo @virginmedia I feel yr frustration especially if your trying to sort out a problem for yr mum. We have everything with them but seriously considering cancelling in the new year after this shambles. Hope you get your issue sorted.

    @virginmedia cut off by Jack. 1 hour spent on hold today, 3 online conversations dropped. Told I am allowed to cancel for free, then I have to pay to cancel. Told my price is going up, told it isn’t. Which is it? Get in touch with me. I don’t want my next call with @Ofcom instead

    I'm gonna summarise 2 things I've developed a verdict on since my tv broke down. the @virginmedia app for windows = perfect. works great. the @SkySports app for windows = ******* horrendus! i dont understand why sky sports needs a separate app to watch them

    so glad to have my tv back from repair after a few weeks of it not working. means i can watch Liverpool vs Burney nice and smoothly on my @virginmedia box and not have to deal with that god awful @SkySports app for windows #LIVBUR

    @virginmedia I just showed you my email. It is not clear and then your agents are saying it doesn’t apply. Does it, or doesn’t it? If it does, I only want to cancel...the agent wouldn’t let me like I am allowed (in the email!).

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to get hold of a ‘real’person for a week now with no success to cancel my internet! It’s an absolutely shocking service and the wifi is no better ( when it was working) so is there a real person replying on Twitter at all ?

    Woke up to a familiar site from @virginmedia Internet down, first time in the new house but it's painfully familiar!!! Not ideal when working at home, especially when one of you reports for the NHS. Of course status checker says no issues 🙄

    @virginhelp my WiFi is terrible apart from when I’m sat right next to it and @virginmedia have been no help. kids are struggling to do their home schooling

    @virginmedia I'm not explaining everything all over again. Simply our IP address was blocked and certain webpages and sites would not load. Virgin denied there was an issue and told us a new router was on its way yet when we phoned the next day 1 of your team said no router was ordered

    @virginmedia No they did not! I had to fight to get a new router after researching the problem myself and I don’t even know if this will fix the problem. I am a nurse and wasted my days off trying to resolve this issue where I should’ve been resting.

    @virginmedia No the issue has not been resolved!. How do I get back the last week of my time phoning and phoning and explaining my issue over and over again.? Terrible service Not good enough from Virgin Media. I want a discount on my bill atleast.

    @virginmedia Thank you for your reply, I have spent 3 days trying to sort out an issue with my broadband that still hasn’t been rectified. I have spoke to numerous departments,spoke with numerous representatives some helpful some extremely rude and unhelpful. The experience has been shocking

    @virginmedia Yes thanks... but its very poor. My router connected by WiFi in same room but it buffers and stops playing all too frequently.

    @virginmedia Internet is that bad my echo lost connection and wasn't able to wake me up on time. Download speed is 0.83mbps. Charging us extra but won't even give a reliable connection. Not going through calling customer support, its a waste of time. Please sort it
