Not one person from Virgin has contacted me in any way in that time, despite at least weekly promises like this one.

Added the service, gave me ยฃ4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer ยฃ2 less. So I have an extra service plus ยฃ5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.
