    @virginmedia Basically cut a long story I did agree a deal however it appears despite me asking for confirmation and then saying yes they put through the wrong one ,I chatted again this morning and basically told no you can’t ,it was literally like the new customer deal with a minor variation

    @virginmedia Customer service is still the poorest of all the media companies I see. Can't use live chat without it dropping out, can't phone because the menu system doesn't cover what you want to talk about. Do you even have an e mail address to contact. I have had enough!!!

    Called virgin media last week. Part 1 Me - I'd like to cancel please. VM - you can't, it can only be a minimum of 60 before your contract ends. Called back today (less than 60 days) Me - I'd like to cancel please VM - I can see another agent has already cancelled.

    2/2 @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp @VMSolutions_ We have waited patiently for 48 hours for Virgin to fix. If you do not resolve today, we will get an electrician to repair and send Virgin the invoice. There is no customer service or H&S for your customers.

    @virginmedia Yes but the calls I have had have led to three engineere visits. The last engineer said there is nothing more he can do so I took to the forums 4 times and got a response but with no solution. The problem is virgins network not being able to handle the workload during lockdown

    @virginmedia cant use my virgin media login details on the sky sports app or website after being booted out of both for no reason. Seems I'm not the only one having this issue, any update on it being fixed? Not the first time this has happened either recently

    @virginmedia No point it is an issue with your backend passing oauth access tokens to sky’s servers. You need to find someone on your infrastructure team to track down the issue.

    @virginmedia I’ve contacted Apple support who says it’s a problem with the wifi not the phones as we can connect them to sky wifi with no issues
