@virginmedia Thanks - I’m not going to trust it again, so won’t bother using the record function, as it’s too unreliable. I’ll stick to streaming on catch-up and buying DVD and Blu-ray discs from now on. Another dissatisfied customer, eh? And we’ve just increased how much we pay... 😡

@virginmedia turns out speed is not the main thing when choosing a broadband provider it’s WiFi availability. This contract is not working for me, I need a provider who has high WiFi availability in all my rooms, especially if I am within 10 metres of the router

@virginmedia Many comments on requesting compensation. You have directed customers to your compensation policy. But this only mentions phone, broadband, service installation or missed appointments. Nothing about loss of TV services. So what about TV service compensation ?

@virginmedia We've received a bill that spans a period beyond the 30 days following the cancellation date ie beyond 30th April. The bill is for one month and hasn't been adjusted also FYI our TV service and phone line stopped working yesterday so why would the billing period extend beyond?

@virginmedia It's been 2 weeks since I started my new volte package but still not received any update on the wifi pod to help with dead spots in my house. Are the wifi pods coming from Timbuktu? You are happy to start my package but not deliver perks that come with the package.
