No engineer for days. This is NOT a router issue, it’s affecting many homes. #bangsheadonwall
-
Barry Stanbridge (@barrystanbridge) reported from Leighton Buzzard, EnglandSo @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please
-
Lil’Shaq👊🏻 (@shaqlockholmes) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England@SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.
-
I Make Stuff Up On Tw*tter (@sjdhatters) reported from Stoke Mandeville, England@virginmedia I refer back to my original tweet. Zero attempt to resolve my issue. Just can't do it. Your solution is not acceptable to me or new owner. Can you please provide details on how to escalate this to a complaint? What if I cancel DD and then set up new DD with new owner details?
-
seanhannam (@seanhannam) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia Why should we call up again for the ninth time? We’re a ‘priority customer.’ You should be calling us and making amends.I’m a consumer tech journalist with 25 years’ experience. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. You simply don’t care about your customers.
-
Paul Marchant (@PaulMarchant11) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia . Getting regular spam calls about internet issues, usually 20mins apart. Phoney numbers when checked.
-
seanhannam (@seanhannam) reported from Chesham Bois, England@MikeCoxCowes @virginmedia @HP What hope is there for the smart home when even a wireless printer needs reconfiguring after a simple wi-fi network change?
-
seanhannam (@seanhannam) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia Is this how you treat your ‘priority customers?’ During a cost of living crisis, we have chosen to stay with you, yet you can’t pull your finger out to look after your customers. I work from home but can’t fully use the service I’m paying for due to your incompetence.
-
ᒍᗩᑎE (@gemmak500) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia Yes, it’s showing issues but we are still being treated like this is a new issue with no history. 😩
-
I Make Stuff Up On Tw*tter (@sjdhatters) reported from Stoke Mandeville, England@virginmedia That's ridiculous. It's a business. Internet is critical. Thats not an acceptable solution
-
Ed Webb (@theedthemed) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia Many comments on requesting compensation. You have directed customers to your compensation policy. But this only mentions phone, broadband, service installation or missed appointments. Nothing about loss of TV services. So what about TV service compensation ?
-
seanhannam (@seanhannam) reported from Chesham Bois, EnglandDidn’t realised upgrading our @virginmedia internet would cripple my home office. Wireless @HP printer can’t find the network and I have to get new boosters for the other rooms in the house. So frustrating - I’ve wasted so much time trying to sort it all out. To no avail.
-
ᒍᗩᑎE (@gemmak500) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia I don’t doubt it will be fixed eventually but there have been significant issues here for months & I need more info than this. The message on your link hasn’t been updated since PRIOR to being told it was fixed. When reported this morning it was treated with no history.
-
