    .@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

    Not good enough. As a very dissatisfied @virginmedia customer I find increasing a pensioners tariff without warning shoddy and poor. But then they are not known for good customer care.

    @virginmedia Appalling customer service from you guys. After having spent 25mins on hold, I get on but only to be cut off after a short conversation in which the guy on the end didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. Shocking when you consider what we pay on monthly basis!

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Another day with Virgin Media TV package. Another day with not a lot working. Fault V210 today. Out of 8 months being with you so far, I would say 7 months have had an issue.

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    @SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

    @virginmedia It is your job to apologise but I’m not alone in expressing dissatisfaction at the level of customer service at VM. That aside, I want to know why my router drops its connection almost daily causing me to power cycle my network chain in order to restore services to all devices

    @virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

    @virginmedia @richardbranson three weeks with Virgin Media and got to be the worst service and customer service I have ever experienced...I am almost at a point of saying they are worse than sky🙈72 hours to rectify...let's see...

    @virginmedia I have accessed the TV go app on my TV. This is not going to solve the problem I have. The BT Sport app allows you to watch ALL of the premiership games. Televised or not. TV go can't do that.

    @virginmedia 1/2 I did. They where condescending, stressed out, annoyed, interrupted me all the time and not willing to make me an acceptable offer as effectively a 7 year long customer, not willing to connect me to a manager, instead offering me to let me talk to their cat.

    @virginmedia 2/2 after spending several hours (literally) my sense of humor was no longer there. Due to this experience I have cancelled this contract now. This has been the worst experience I had in customer service in 9 years I’m in Ireland. -10 out of 10.

    @virginmedia Here is what #virginmedia just told me: 1) problems in my area (SW11) for weeks; 2) the router you forced on me is the wrong one; 3) you can't send a router or engineer until area problem fixed; 4) no date on that; 5) no refund unless I drop my complaint. Explain yourselves.

    @virginmedia Just made the switch to broadband and tv. Have spent 4 hours on the phone trying to resolve set up issues only to be told an engineer will need to come out on 5th October. As a new customer needing broadband to work from home this is a poor experience #disappointed
