    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    @virginmedia It is your job to apologise but I’m not alone in expressing dissatisfaction at the level of customer service at VM. That aside, I want to know why my router drops its connection almost daily causing me to power cycle my network chain in order to restore services to all devices

    @virginmedia Appalling customer service from you guys. After having spent 25mins on hold, I get on but only to be cut off after a short conversation in which the guy on the end didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. Shocking when you consider what we pay on monthly basis!

    Not good enough. As a very dissatisfied @virginmedia customer I find increasing a pensioners tariff without warning shoddy and poor. But then they are not known for good customer care.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Another day with Virgin Media TV package. Another day with not a lot working. Fault V210 today. Out of 8 months being with you so far, I would say 7 months have had an issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

    Does anyone know someone that works at @virginmedia in a position within the broadband team that could help us get an assessment of our private road done for installation of their broadband. We’ve registered on their website and emailed them but not getting anywhere.

    .@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

    @virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

    @virginmedia Why are you not recognising that there is an area fault in Basingstoke at the moment? The whole service is down, people are going mad on Facebook! 11 days for an engineer visit.......Not good

    @virginmedia Hi, there’s even no outages for the past few weeks as I have been checking regularly…speeds just seem to disappear which never use to be the case, certainly not getting the service that is paid for!!

    @virginmedia It's showing as fixed with no issues now even though others in the same area are having the same problem. Apparently I have an appointment for tomorrow, but the my virginmedia app isn't showing anything so I'll see whether anyone shows up. 😔

    . Would love to get a straight answer from someone @virginmedia. Made 8 calls so far re our new broadband contract. Each one providing conflicting info. 24hrs delay to activation on contract. Wifi on oomph not working in half of our rooms, days of lost work / income. A farce.

    @virginmedia @coderbyday also WN5. Exact same issue spoke to numerous employees, had an engineer come today who did nothing. THERE IS AN ISSUE AND THIS AREA AND YOU WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE IT.

    Does anyone have a satisfactory quality of service from @virginmedia? My current opinion: it is totally unsatisfactory, expensive and not fit for any of the purposes for which it might be used. I was quite looking forward to watching a bit of telly, now I'm just p!$$ed off!
