    @virginmedia Great! In the middle of a worldwide pandemic and the service is down since this morning in Didcot. With so many people working from home and you let everyone down. I am waiting to finish my contract with you and bye-bye. You won’t see me ever again !!!

    @virginmedia Nope. No one has contacted me again, which is pretty much what I expected. If you want to come and do the outside work and fit the cables you’re more than welcome to. But my Sky broadband is being installed Wednesday so and I’ve tried to cancel my contract 3 times now so I’m done

    @virginmedia I’ve phoned up twice to cancel and you sent me a £5 off voucher so that clearly hadn’t worked. No one has responded to my message either so that’s not looking great either

    @virginmedia hi. I really need to speak to somebody urgently. I need an engineer to re instate a phone line. Its for a care link life line to emergency services at my mother's house who has recently had a stroke and depends on this lifeline box. TIA

    @virginmedia if a telemarketer calls me and I say its all sorted thank you, I don't want to sign up. There's no need to get argumentative on the phone, I've said no, if I were to become a customer in the future its really off putting how pushy your person was on the phone

    Hi @virginmedia, do you have an alternative method to get in touch to discuss a new contract than via a phone call? Broadband contract increasing by £20/month soon but the only option you give on email is to phone up. Difficult for a customer who is unable to hear on the phone.
