Is there some magic number of customers that make a complaint valid? When you have a business to run, a job to do- and are in lockdown already- days without internet are a major problem.

We’re seeing the same problems at the same time so there must be a common fault. It needs @virginmedia to investigate their equipment...

I now can’t log back in to change it back to what it was. Is this something you can please help me with? Thanks

Nigel Leaney (@nleaney) reported from Willingham, England@virginmedia I’m using the hub in modem mode. From the logs (which only go back to 9.12am) there are several critical errors coinciding with each outage. It’s looking like the modem isn’t getting a response from VM at that time.

I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.
