@virginmedia Nope - I’ve reset, moved the modem, moved the consoles, rang your customer service team - who quite frankly, didnt want to know and advised we bought a booster, for the router thats in the SAME ROOM AS OUR CONSOLES. Furious.

@virginmedia Believe me - we’ve spent £30 ethernet cables and it didnt work. We have a engineer coming out on monday so been told to mention it the mess thats been made on the wall. Could it be a problem with the new locator?

@virginmedia Hi. Have reported to you here that independent engineer confirmed my connection is OK but hub 3 is faulty & needs replacing. You advised phone 150 again to book engineer. Your system does not enable that just offers fault trouble shoot txt message.

@p2435 @virginmedia I’ve been the same way this happened 2 weeks ago for me aswell charged me my bill then my services went off for 5 days. Now again the same thing happening since a said I wanted to cancel they started telling me jd have to pay around £500/£600 to cancel for a service I can’t use.
