@virginmedia I have tried the status but its saying the service is fine. Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

Virgin Media have been absolutely terrible since we recently joined them in October. Currently have no internet connectivity to the house and there is (apparently) nothing they can do about it until they send out an engineer. Absolutely won’t be recommending them to anyone.

@virginmedia I’ve had that email. I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

@virginmedia WhatsApp team hasn't been able to do anything for almost two weeks now to help. Not only do some apps not work, but the box itself is incredibly slow and often can't even load details for 90% of channels. This was installed in February, how is it so incredibly bad already?

@graveneycl @virginmedia I've read all your messages. absolutely shocking behaviour from @virginmedia . They tried saying i had intermittent use as well but no proof to back it up. I dont have TV or phone so they can't try that on me. I also called them on the day of the problem.

@virginmedia internet in my area disconnecting multiple times everyday (already 6 times today). Has been going on for MONTHS. Virgin are aware of the issue in the area and say it'll be fixed on this date, and then they give another date again and again. I cant stream because i DC constantly.

@virginmedia had zero services since the 5th Feb, been made to upgrade to get new equipment, monthly cost has gone up. Still no services but always taking money. This however isn't my problem...the modern say torture that you call customer services is. I feel like the samartins be involved.

@virginmedia been no internet all day today,website said problem would be fixed by 17-45, just had a message that you have identified the problem and it will be fixed by 9-45 tomorrow morning, engineer been there since 8-45 this morning!!! Unacceptable.
