    @philsid @virginmedia Me either mate. Was surprised actually. Only issue is the line speed was poor as they use the old bt phone lines so gaming ping could be a nightmare. I changed back soon as I could but thier name is mud up here mate

    @virginmedia I moved back to virgin in Feb as I had a house move and it wasn't on my new street.Soon as they put it in I switched back to you but it certainly isn't the "always on" service I remember. I've had a new tivo within 2 months. Line issue. And repeated loss of service.All in 6 month

    @Ofcom why are you still allowing virgin media to provide intermittent tv, broadband and phone packages without punishment. In our area over the last two year they have provided an awful service. Constantly going down or intermittent. Horrible customer service.

    @virginmedia Its off more times than its on of late. I'm still getting an intermittent line issue on my bb which ive had pretty much from day one and the whole service goes off in wakefield/ dewsbury area at least once a week. Its off now.

    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. Download and upload speeds are way below what we were advised we should get (and were up until a few months ago). Constant drop outs and now signal doesn’t reach every room in the house like it used to. We’ve made no structural changes.

    @virginmedia Hi, your link is telling me that there is no fault. I can confirm that this is not accurate. Had 1 technician out on 1st Feb, he couldn't find the fault. That's all the help we have had. There have been several forms filled in, complaints made to absolutely no avail...

    @virginmedia You wanted to know how we are getting on, we've been contacted tonight to say our installation has been delayed until the 29th March that is 10 weeks since the problem was identified. This is after my husband was told today it was being sorted today. Not good enough #epicfail

    @virginmedia Can you please advise how to find the Web chat support? My dad's TV box has been showing error codes all month & today he's come home to no TV at all because channels "unauthorised". Done all the wire checks & outage checks - no fault. Need Web chat to investigate?
