    @virginmedia I have already spoke to a manager about the issue and refused the offer of half the over payments returned .on principle if the whole overpayments is returned then the matter will be closed

    @virginmedia I run the test on the link and it’s showing no issues, but we don’t receive WiFi in half the rooms in our house including the rooms adjacent to where the WiFi box is! I was calling to request the free boosters but I am not willing to ring back up and be on hold again all night

    @virginmedia I've tried rebooting router. You have to select alexa in wifi settings and that's when it says your internet may not be connected. My mobile no problem.

    @virginmedia hi I've tried for over a week now to contact on the phone. Since changing to Virginmedia my Amazon Alexa wont work keeps saying broadband not set up purple light going on and off please help I've wasted so much time trying to contact I'm not happy with service at all

    @virginmedia watch yourself people just found out virgin have been charging me for kids tv for last 6 months ....not bad considering my kids are are 18 and 24 .so just check your bills because they re fraudulently adding things to my contract without authorisation #fraud

    @virginmedia - after setting bill, I asked to be directed to cancellations as I’ve really had enough. It’s never ending.Only for the agent to tell me “I can reduce your bill from £54 to £44”....MY PACKAGE IS SUPPOSED TO BE £44 ANYWAY. So I am STILL being over charged after a million calls (4)

    @virginmedia There is nothing wrong with my phone - the problem is that I am paying for 5g and getting 3G speeds. I ran your diagnostic - it says my problem is resolved - it isn’t. Broadband has been down for over 27 hours now and your mobile signal is terrible. Why am I paying for this?

    @MoneySavingExp I haven't used my BT landline to make a call for over 3 years. Unfortunately it's not easy to negotiate a better deal elsewhere when you have your broadband with Virgin Media, TV with Sky and phone with BT. Yes, I know it was stupid, but I can only get decent BB speed via VM.
