    @BBCWatchdog Virgin Media - great when it works, and super quick. However, lots of outage, awful customer service and no form of compensation for prolonged loss of service despite promises. I will not be renewing at the end of the contract!

    @virginmedia My house requires the cable pulling in under the road, however you did know about this. My problem is I've been given 2 dates and I've used 2 holidays. 1st date engineer turned up but didn't do anything 2nd date didn't turn up at all. Useless!!

    @virginmedia I have tried everything when it comes to the connection, this is an SNR issue at the exchange meaning my internet intermittently fails. I have been told there is nothing I can do to restore my internet connection apart from getting my internet from another provider

    If you're trying to watch via red button on Virgin media you can watch on a tablet via Sky Sports app. Use your VM account login via the Virgin Media UK login option on Sky Sports app login #htafc

    Twice now I've been let down by @virginmedia 2 holiday days taken and still no engineer has turned up despite receiving letters of install dates. Customer service didn't even seem to care #shocking 😡

    @virginmedia They’ve kinda of sorted it so when I get my phone 5/11 then I send my old phone to recycle but if the value drops on my trade in then I will cancel order and send new phone back

    @virginmedia There is an SNR issue in my area,been going on since May, logged a complaint or two in regards to the matter, and it still goes down. Customer service team don't seem to care about it and just tell me to sit and wait for it to come up. Nothing they can do help me. 😠😠

    @virginmedia White. I have been on hold for 4 hours yesterday and 1 and a half hours today finally got through to someone who cannot fix the problem and the earliest a technician can get to us is Friday. I work from home, how am I supposed to do this with no Internet until Friday.

    @virginmedia It was effected for half the show and it wasn’t just pixelation. It kept cutting out and freezing. Also I didn’t pay £26 just for the AJ fight. Also why when I purchased was I not told there was an issue with HD? Good to know now there was no fault with SD now 🙄

    @virginmedia Could you tell the thousands of people who had issues last night what Virgin Media will do to make sure it doesn’t happen again and how they will be compensated in some way for the delivery of a poor service. Frankly a cut and paste apology for everyone doesn’t cut it

    @virginmedia It wasn't short lasting, it impacted every fight on the undercard. Whilst it may not have impacted standard definition that didn't help me as I had paid for HD. Shocking that you think it is acceptable having charged £26.

    @virginmedia Hi again, When trying to login to app it says....please use valid email address' This is correct address as it let's me login to virgin account online. Utterly useless. So I'm sat here with WiFi thst doesn't work and you not fixing. I will have to take this further now. Mark.

    @virginmedia It wasn't fixed at all, it stuttered in parts of the main event. An apology is not good enough, we paid for a service and the service was not received. We should be refunded @ofcom
