@virginmedia Splitting the WiFi signal from the hub. But it doesn't make any difference even if it is cable connected direct to the hub same issue. I am sorry but I am paying lots of money monthly and at the moment am struggling to even use the laptop for home working nevermind gaming etc.

@virginmedia Please just help me to alleviate the stresses we already have with out current situation by doing the simplest thing in replacing our faulty equipment. We are a victim of circumstance none of which is by choice and you could provide the easiest solution. I can leave it outside!

@virginmedia It wasn't a delay. All I needed to know was if I'd been called by Virgin media. It was a simple yes/no answer. Two minutes tops, not 30 minutes and numerous questions from your side. Would've been longer but I ended call. I despair whenever I have to call your customer service.🤬

Bill gone from £86 per month to £136 per month numerous phone calls over 2 months and commitment from virgin to reduce back down not been implemented as promised. And now been told I have to live with it!!! Come on @virginmedia I have been a customer for 20 years!
