At least it’s only the tv today it’s not as if we are without power or heating like some parts of the country. Customer services were helpful

My mum is in her 70’s and waited in for an engineer only for them to send a text 10mins before to say you were coming in the 26th. The original appointment was the 21st and her TV service has been down for well over a week.

We were with you for years, but got sick of the constant increases and the depressingly asymmetric customer interface... trivial to move to a higher cost contract, but reducing the cost involves sitting on hold then speaking to an overseas call centre. This business model screams desperation. It's customer hostile. Please, wake up and pack it in. We're now with Toob, £29/mo for 900M+ fibre. We ported our phone number to a VoIP service for about £2.99/mo and don't miss the ad-stuffed cable TV channels at all.
