@virginmedia The TV took 3 hours to sort out but fixed now. The broadband was more annoying as I work from home, was off from 1030pm last night until about an hour ago today. Also the service status on your website doesn't work either! Not a good service for the price we pay each month 😩

@virginmedia Here is an idea ; proactively acknowledge that WiFi connections down for over 12 hours and suggest that the next bill we all receive reflects the loss of ‘service’. Look forward to seeing that!

@virginmedia It's not an "issue", it's a serious problem caused by a dysfunctional corporation. The price rise was bad enough, on top of already high prices (£55 for just phone and broadband), but this has pushed me over the edge and I'm for the off. Beardie Branson can shove it up his hole.

@virginmedia I knew there was an issue at 3am when my alarm failed over to mobile data as a backup. How did it take you til 8:20 to put the message out there? People will, to some degree, accept the downtime. They won't accept the poor comms to any degree.

@virginmedia Haha! we have seen a repeat of an earlier issue which is causing intermittent broadband connectivity problems for some Virgin Media customers. We apologise again to those impacted our teams are continuing to work flat out to find the root cause of the problem and fix it.
