    @virginmedia and just like that, 522 and 0.73mbps again. How do I book an engineer @virginmedia? — I’ve done all the checks; rebooted my network; the hub, I’ve tested on multiple devices WiFi, Wired; direct from the hub and the problem remains — drop outs, poor upload speeds.

    @BileysMullet @virginmedia We've had problems with utility warehouse and their solution always seems to be to pay to upgrade. Cant remember who we were with before that but we never had problems.

    @virginmedia Yes we checked. No-one would answer phone as you’re so busy with fault complaints. We paid for your top service, over £90 a month. We are now in the midst of moving to Sky because quite frankly, enough was enough with your dreadful service!

    @TomMockridgeVM, Been a @virginmedia customer for 7 years — now on the M500 package and paying a hefty fee per month for broadband, phone and TV. Have had shocking upload speeds today (0.5mbps instead of 38mbps). Status page says fine — run test says not. Thread 1/3

    @virginmedia We have tried to call to multiple times in the last hour to talk about upgrading our Internet Hub and issues we have with it to find there is no upgrade option on the phone system and when we go through another means we get cut-off when waiting...whats up with that?
