    2/2 @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp @VMSolutions_ We have waited patiently for 48 hours for Virgin to fix. If you do not resolve today, we will get an electrician to repair and send Virgin the invoice. There is no customer service or H&S for your customers.

    @virginmedia Thanks - but that phone line isn’t recognising when I enter digits on the key pad - so is useless.your website still says ‘no issues’ after more than 4 hours of no internet connection.

    @virginmedia my mums phone does not work I’ve phoned your so called help line waste of time she is 90 has had a stroke unable to get your operators to understand her has had a letter saying she needs a technician to update her phone line. Now her life line doesn’t work 🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia Hi - so the fault that is still ongoing, 24 hours+ now, and the fault line said would fixed by 11pm last night. Now the fault line says it’s being worked on - and no update for residents….please advise what is going on and an ETA for the fix? Thanks

    @virginmedia So absolutely no help from Virgin Media. My broadband is down. I go on line and it says there are no issues in SO50 6BP. I click on fox my broad band and of course it can’t because I have NO broadband!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @timolarch @VodafoneUK My husband had the same problem with Virgin Media after the death of his father. He was given the number of the ‘bereavement department’ and he phoned, assuming they would help. Instead the woman demanded his father’s PIN and said only he could cancel!

    Was incredibly annoyed at service from @virginmedia today. After sending back the old equipment 6 weeks ago, we received an email saying we were going to be charged for not sending it back. I called up 10 days ago and was told the charge would be removed and not to worry...

    @virginmedia Thanks. It says the same thing it's been saying for more than a week... "Sorry about the intermittent issues, engineers are working on it, it's complex, check later to see if it's fixed". I think a router rebooting every 10mins for days is more than intermittent, no?

    @virginmedia The instant response isn't the issue. It's spending 3 hours on chat to be cut off like that. The issue is until 28th Nov my broadband cut off every korning 3 times a day for hour at a time. I have paid full price during this time and wanted a manager to call me.

    @virginmedia had no broadband and tv since 11am yesterday...service status is a joke.... With having 4 virgin mobile accounts, we get compensation for using our data, which we sre having to use for work/school purposes?
