    @virginmedia Our broadband (Rugby area CV23) has been out of action since yesterday morning. I received a text to say it is fixed but it isn’t - the website says ETA for fix is 4pm today. The communication on this is very poor.

    @virginmedia Hi, I finally got through this morning. I received no counter offer to the one that Sky had offered me. And more importantly the agent I spoke with was very rude and hostile. Not sure she understood how to retain customers but you lost one today due to this poor customer service

    @virginmedia This is ridiculous, when we call it’s automated, so no-one actually acknowledges that we keep rebooting (as per the automated instructions) and then it cuts you off. Once again no help from any form of contact.

    @virginmedia Thanks for making contact. A number of neighbours & I have repeatedly raised the issue about the unreliable service in LE12. Some of whom have “liked” my original Tweet in support. We are on an estate cabled by @virginmedia at point of construction, options are limited (1/2)

    @JonScoff @virginmedia I don't have a TV so I don't use VM for that. I only get phone calls from Indian call centres so I never use my phone. So, I'm paying £60 for Broadband alone. Problem is, every single company are just as bad as each other. I've heard horror stories about BT too.
