Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

@virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

@virginmedia disappointing hour &45 mins spent on phone. You couldn’t rearrange installation, fair enough. But when I asked for a replacement SIM, mine had never arrived, inferring that I am lying, need to run a fresh credit check and my price would go up if I didn’t, scandalous!

Please be careful people, there is a scam/hoax caller claiming to be from a @virginmedia call centre saying that you have a bad internet connection and then trying to get you to download invasive software (anydesk and litemanager) that gives them access to your personal devices.
