@virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

  • zcobb Stephen "Coventry" Cobb (@zcobb) reported from Coventry, England

@virginmedia The service has dropped out several times and is out now. There are no reported outages for our post code and when I run your test it finds no fault. I’m resting on a wired Ethernet connection so it’s not the WiFi.

  • smarts35 Martine kotecha (@smarts35) reported from Braunstone, England

@virginmedia I know all the protocols!!! I need what I pay you for I bet @richardbranson doesn't have this problem in the upstairs of his house!!!!!

  • dperkins84 Daniel (@dperkins84) reported from Coventry, England

@virginmedia I’m just trying to order a WiFi booster box, but its proving difficult. Been online waiting for someone to help for 20 odd mins the website don’t let me order it. How hard can it be

  • jasonpaulhirons jason Hirons (@jasonpaulhirons) reported from Narborough, England

@virginmedia well after 10.5 hours of being on the phone to customer services and getting nowhere a ray of light called Linda the manager at Bellshill sorts it in 15 minutes it's a shame that you feel the need to offshore when theres genuine talent in this country

  • SmithAdam75 Adam Smith (@SmithAdam75) reported from Rugby, England

@virginmedia Our broadband (Rugby area CV23) has been out of action since yesterday morning. I received a text to say it is fixed but it isn’t - the website says ETA for fix is 4pm today. The communication on this is very poor.

  • stevegoodman Steve Goodman (@stevegoodman) reported from Nuneaton, England

@andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

  • zcobb Stephen "Coventry" Cobb (@zcobb) reported from Coventry, England

@virginmedia Internet out again at 21:54, the fifth or sixth outage since 19:50. Going to call it a night and go read a book. Hope fully better luck with this whole inter webs thing tomorrow. So glad the country is not pinning its hopes on digital technology.

  • dperkins84 Daniel (@dperkins84) reported from Coventry, England

@virginmedia I don’t get signal in 2 of the bedrooms upstairs.

  • Westyafcm ✌🏻 Ŵęśtŷ™⚽️🍺🎼❌ (@Westyafcm) reported from Hinckley, England

@virginmedia hi, WiFi issues in LE10, keeps dropping out for last 2-3 days.

  • thekosfox Karl (@thekosfox) reported from Nuneaton, England

@virginmedia Understandably, I was very annoyed after being on hold for 'god knows' how long to be told yes, the activation cost, £49.95 would be waived as a new customer. Then to be put through to the installation team and told NO!!! the activation cost would stand!!! Bad customer service.

  • KirstR92 Kirsty Rudd (@KirstR92) reported from Nuneaton, England

@virginmedia can someone call me so I can cancel my contract as my bill has gone up from £63 to £79 - it’s ridiculous

  • bbi787 Kevin Mc (@bbi787) reported from Hinckley, England

@virginmedia Yes. Have had several conversations with them starting many months ago. Had new hub, engineer visit etc though problems persist. Didn't stop you raising prices for a service not delivered. I don't think there's a problem with the hardware, i think it may be too much local demand.

  • thekosfox Karl (@thekosfox) reported from Nuneaton, England

@virginmedia I understand there is an activation fee, when I asked, as a new customer if it could be waiverd and was told yes, I didnt then expect in another department to be told no!! One main reason we are leaving Sky is because of this of inconsistency in customer service. Poor start!

  • stevegoodman Steve Goodman (@stevegoodman) reported from Nuneaton, England

@WebAsh @virginmedia This is exactly the crap I had to go through. It's a stupid dance designed to extract more money from people. It's crazy you need to phone and ask for the price offered on the website, they say no, you cancel, then a few days later they offer it..

  • rtaylorr10 Ryan Taylor (@rtaylorr10) reported from Coventry, England

@virginmedia woke up with no wifi connection and when I tried to connect it back on settings, it said incorrect password. Don’t know what happen, last night was working just fine. Anyone had the same experience, would appreciate any help.

  • mylifeinwordsuk Lee-Mc (@mylifeinwordsuk) reported

@virginmedia I tried contacting your team...twice, kept getting the run around with the second saying maybe I shouldn’t make a rash decision to cancel. I’ve already signed up to Sky, your customer service reps are a joke , almost 3 years of a poor service, my contracts ended, I’m gone

  • mylifeinwordsuk Lee-Mc (@mylifeinwordsuk) reported

@virginmedia Since them numbers are for your team that just won’t listen when I say I want to cancel, I will just need to cancel the DD, I’d guess you will get the message then

  • patwebb01962978 pat webb (@patwebb01962978) reported

@virginmedia For the tv box in a bedroom. The signal is really bad. A message has been popping up saying that this channel is not available & then the channel come back on.

  • mylifeinwordsuk Lee-Mc (@mylifeinwordsuk) reported

@Bordyours @virginmedia Yeah I’ve finally given up trying to speak to an actual person that doesn’t keep passing it on, switching as we speak, they only care about new customers only, shocking support

  • sandypuke Paul Sandham #FBPE (@sandypuke) reported

@virginmedia Could I ask why you have responded to this oblique reference to my experience but I never got a satisfactory response from anyone in response to my emails and letters?

  • titiangirl68 Karyn (@titiangirl68) reported
