@virginmedia Yes, it is, and the situation has still not changed I am afraid. Virgin Media has not given any further information regards this, and Ai have no idea when the issue may be resolved. It is impossible to get any information at all!

This last one (7.44pm) has ‘gone to consult a co-worker...’. (Complete silence now 59 mins in) What kind of service is this?!

@virginmedia unfortunately your customer service leaves alot to desire. Phoned on the 21st to try and disconneft services. Told 30days notice, no problem. Phone today. No record of the cancellation. Tried to talk to 3 reps no helpful information even though the call is logged.
