Its been going on & off now for over a wk.Once it goes off 1st time its then hours of dropping constantly.Ive had issues since day1 but it seemed to get better....now gone again.     @virginmedia The mobile no. of the customer services chap who sold us the package. I’m not bothered about the phone line I just don’t won’t to be paying for TV we don’t have and I can’t phone virgin without my phone line or I’ll be charged.

    @ladyjaney75 @WhichUK When Virgin Media install VOIP phone lines I believe they stick some kind of SIM in for if the network is down, when the engineer knows it is a vulnerable/elderly user from when I asked previously.

    Virgin media is frustratingly slow. We pay around 33 each month. That’s more of what we pay for two months of internet, TV with all sports channels everything and Netflix, Disney and Amazon prime included. Might move back to India I swear.😭

    @virginmedia That is really poor. It should be for Virgin to sort not the public. I spent an hour on the phone on Thursday speaking to a next to useless overseas call centre.

    I have been trying since the 19th February to cancel my @virginmedia services. I can’t get through on the phone... ever! I’ve sent numerous messages which haven’t had any response.

    @virginmedia Disgrace of a company never been spoken to as rudely as I have been tonight by one of the call centres based oversees. 20 calls in less than 7 days and then rude to me because he did not get the answers he wanted!! Sort it out!!

    @virginmedia My email account has been locked since last Thursday 11 June. I am an award winning journalist. This has totally disrupted my work. Your customer services raised a ticket P0136 01850 on Saturday to get it unlocked. Nothing has been done. Over to you.

    @virginmedia All they say is need a engineer and I tell them no but send them any way knowing they can't fix it ,if I cancel £1600 ,even tho it's illegal to hold me I a contract with a service that's not fit for purpose
