    2/2 @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp @VMSolutions_ We have waited patiently for 48 hours for Virgin to fix. If you do not resolve today, we will get an electrician to repair and send Virgin the invoice. There is no customer service or H&S for your customers.

    I have a go at customer service a lot, but with the move @virginmedia were great, @thameswater exemplary, @SouthernWater a great guy on customer helpline and Test Valley Council efficient and personable. It can be done, you know.

    @virginmedia Hi - so the fault that is still ongoing, 24 hours+ now, and the fault line said would fixed by 11pm last night. Now the fault line says it’s being worked on - and no update for residents….please advise what is going on and an ETA for the fix? Thanks

    @virginmedia I have not been able to connect to the Internet for well over 48 hours now, can't work, watch TV or even listen to the radio as no 4g or 5g signal at home. Not happy

    @virginmedia It's both. I have been doing some digging and it's the upload speeds. They are not getting anywhere over 2MB /sec which is not good enough. It has been very slow over the last couple of days

    @virginmedia my mums phone does not work I’ve phoned your so called help line waste of time she is 90 has had a stroke unable to get your operators to understand her has had a letter saying she needs a technician to update her phone line. Now her life line doesn’t work 🤬🤬🤬

    Apologies if you can’t get hold of me - @virginmedia have ‘blacklisted’ my phone even though I am not a Virgin customer. After many hours/phone calls they are still unable to explain why & have said I need to write a letter (!) to escalate further 🤯 - any better ideas out there?

    @virginmedia So absolutely no help from Virgin Media. My broadband is down. I go on line and it says there are no issues in SO50 6BP. I click on fox my broad band and of course it can’t because I have NO broadband!

    @virginmedia the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. 6 cancelled installs, no broadband, no Tv, no heating. Unable to work thanks to virgin media. No resolution in sight, just empty promises and apologies.

    @virginmedia Further to this, my install date has now been pushed back to 13/12. A quarter of a year later than quoted. This is unacceptable and the joke is, it won’t even happen then! It’ll get pushed back again. My partner is pregnant and Virgin are seriously letting us down. Shameful

    @GeorgeMonbiot @timolarch @VodafoneUK My husband had the same problem with Virgin Media after the death of his father. He was given the number of the ‘bereavement department’ and he phoned, assuming they would help. Instead the woman demanded his father’s PIN and said only he could cancel!

    My internet is painfully slow tonight. Checked my router and it's not that, it's the internet itself. What is going on @virginmedia ? Your status says no faults but I can assure you there is. I am paying for 1GB bb and so far only reaching speeds of about 2.25 mb- explain??

    @virginmedia can you advise why you charge line rental of £19 per month for a VOIP set up? You dont rent the line from @WeAreOpenreach and when the broadband cuts out you cant make emergency calls from your landline. its an unjustified charge.

    @virginmedia Seem to be that the only thing @virginmedia is offering is their apologies & say sorry but nothing is done to restore the service after an outage for almost a week The audacity they have of delaying the estimated fix time by almost a full day & expect us to just wait #totalripoff

    @virginmedia no internet all day 😡why can’t we find a number and speak to someone who can test the lines properly. This is happening far too often. I want to leave but only halfway through my contract. You have us over a barrel by giving crap service but then charge to leave!

    Martin @MartinSLewis , what are your thoughts on Virgin Media @virginmedia renewal policy, we’ve been with them 15 years, never missed a payment yet a new customer can get a deal on our package for £85 whereas they want to charge us £161 for the same thing?

    Hundreds of households in my constituency have been affected by a broadband outage since Tuesday. With more people WFH and students studying for crucial exams, this is unacceptable. My office is actively raising this with @virginmedia, pressing for a resumption of service ASAP.

    @virginmedia So your best offer, to a customer of 15 years whom already has the equipment and has never missed a payment is to remove all the best content and charge them more whilst offering cheaper deals and supplying new equipment to new customers? Disgraceful. @MartinSLewis
