@virginmedia I am absolutely disgusted right now! My internet has been so slow since the weekend (dial up in the 90’s was quicker!) I have text the number to number I was told to and I have messaged on the chat and NOTHING!

@virginmedia Yes outage was fixed after about 3 days. I had to wait for a new router. Was told this would be deducted automatically from my next bill

@virginmedia I had no internet for a number of days, I was told that for that reason, that would be deducted from my bill pro rata. The new hub was sent free and fixed the issue

@virginmedia I had confirmation that my mother's cancellation was noted, but never actioned. She was transfered to the cancellation team on the text, but has had no response after that, this was 4pm yesterday. This is a lot of stress for my 78 year old mother

They've got nothing but praise for VM! It's one of the reasons I joined them for mobile. Mad how varied their customer service can be 🤔

@virginmedia Yes, but there is a “phone” password which is different from “account” password and which was never provided, I have spent 10 hours on phone, WhatsApp chat where someone comes in and disappears- it’s an utter mess.

@virginmedia I have been on VirginMedia's most expensive package (900mb) for over 18 months now. Stay away, it is the most unstable, unreliable internet service I have ever come across. In 2021 over 100 days of "issues in my area with the service".
