As it stands, we have been advised someone will be in touch within 24 hours. Unacceptable!! My mother in law lives alone

The bank will then attempt to cancel it and if they too struggle, they do a chargeback. Enough chargebacks, and their account gets closed by Visa/MC Debit orders I avoid as far as possible
