@virginmedia Yes it said there was an issue and a technician would fix it at 3 separate times yesterday and it’s still not fixed today. This happens a lot yet we still pay our full bill, it’s not ideal.

@virginmedia After several months & years of not getting what we paid for finally a manager sorted out to get a better service . A mistake was made with sending a bill of over £300 so had to spend another 2/12 hours on the phone the manager sorted it out & sent a new contract with the bill

@virginmedia The issue has been successfully resolved, although I did not get notice of a link. But thank you. It took 2 hours and a threat to report them, for them to eventually resolve and begin process of termination of contract. I shall be keeping the whats app chat, should I need proof.
