Two contrasting phone calls to @virginmedia CS this morning. Really unhelpful 1st guy / rude. Rang directly back and the differner guy was absolutely amazing. Mathew was his name and he needs a praise. 1st guy really needs a lesson in customer service. Thank you Mathew.

@virginmedia They replaced the box and it’s all working now,I do have one other query I have the Virgin go app but I don’t have any content available on it,is this something you can fix for me? There appears to be an issue with my account I have the ultimate ooomph package if that matters.

@Ofcom Guys, @virginmedia are forcing rollout of fibrephone in our area. During powercut landline phone service lost. No emergency calls unless u pay to install or "qualify" with an age/illness "need". We should have option to separate landline from broadband. cc @Dr_PhilippaW

@ClassicSoulDJ @virginmedia Do what I did, get a proper router. I've got an Archer C4000, with the Virgin router in modem mode - made a huge difference in wi-fi, I now get a strong, fast signal all over the house. Virgin's router is just not up to the job.
