    @virginmedia 2 weeks without any broadband customer service are as useless as anything keep saying it will be fixed on a certain date and time still nothing i reported the problem on 26/07/19 till now has not been fixed 2weeks!!! Will post this till its fixed

    @virginmedia The advice given was call customer service on September 1st and ask for”transfer to voice over ip “ but as I’ve said can’t get through and I’ve had enough of sitting listening to terrible music for nearly 4 1/2 hours!!!

    @virginmedia Lol deals been a virgin customer for 5 years my contract run out last week so they hiked the prices up £12 and said theres no deals on at the moment... but we can give you a £4 discount. Customer service is shit at virgin, when I said ok I'm thinking about leaving he said ok lol

    @virginmedia Each time they say it is a problem with pre-pull but cannot be more specific. I get a standard two week delay and assurance that there will be no problems on the rescheduled date. Then the same cycle repeats.

    @virginmedia Also it’s again reconnected but with every drop off I need to re login to my remote setup. It is very frustrating and making me consider switching to a full fiber setup for more reliable always-on connections

    @virginmedia All connections are through Wi-Fi so can’t test the ethernet but when the disconnection happens the Wi-Fi is still connected to the hub and the forward link is disconnected. It is certainly an issue from the hub to the cable network or beyond.

    @virginmedia Shows no outages in the area. Acknowledges a network issue. Trouble is it reconnects after a few minutes. So it’s not a complete disconnection issue it’s a quality of service issue where the link drops intermittently causing severe issues with remote work sessions

    @virginmedia Yeah, they were useless too. Honestly the only useful person I've spoken to at virgin has been the installation engineer that said "I know I've drilled through your walls but I can't switch on your service, We've used your address to give someone in the next street service"

    @virginmedia They’ve said there was a problem with the pre-pull but that isn’t carried out by VM employees so they can’t do anything about it. They just tell me the date my install has been rescheduled to and assure me it will go ahead as planned this time. Then the same thing happens again.
