Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

They turn up whenever and fix it (its on the street, so no one needs to be home) I’ve taped up the lower parts, but up higher it is hanging over a shop sign.

VM claims they have done everything while O2 claim they are waiting for VM confirmation. They drag the issue out hoping you will go away
